PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Located on the first floor of a peaceful residence, the apartment is arranged around well-defined spaces, where every detail has been designed for comfort.
The entrance opens onto a bright living room with sofa and television, extending onto a north-facing balcony. Adjoining this space, the equipped and air-conditioned kitchen (no dishwasher) blends seamlessly into the living area.
Following the curve of a softly rounded hallway, you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm), complemented by an en-suite shower room with WC. The bedroom also opens onto a second balcony, facing west—perfect for enjoying the late afternoon light.

From Cannes train station: 7 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot.

Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
