Appartement très agréable

L'appartement est agréable et conforme à ce que nous attendions. Calme, pratique, avec une terrasse qui est vraiment un espace de vie ! La literie est de qualité, le salon est accueillant. L'immeuble est très propre, et nous avons apprécié la disponibilité d'une gardienne très à l'écoute. Le parking en sous sol est un atout qui était incontournable ! Proche de la plage, 5 mn à pied, royal. Le supermarché Casino très bien doté est également proche, l'accès à la belle rue commerçante Rue d'Antibes également. Internet a toujours parfaitement fonctionné . Quelques lacunes cependant, mais rien de très grave: mobilier sous lavabo inutilisable, la robinetterie (douche, et évier de cuisine) est fatigué, il faut remettre le frigo neuf à sa place, l'ancien doit être déposé ! L'éclairage de chevet est peu pratique. Et le placard de la chambre mérite d'être ajusté. C'est malgré tout un appartement où nous nous sommes sentis bien ! Nous reviendrons certainement. PS: la gardienne nous a prêté une télécommande d'accès à l'immeuble et au sous sol, c'était vraiment pratique. Il serait bien que cette télécommande fasse partie du jeu de clés !

Payer un appartement qui sent l’odeur des égouts !! De plus balcon pas nettoyé présence de sable et mégots ! Réfrigérateur neuf déposer à la cuisine à vous de brancher la prise, faire les réglages enlever le plastique ! Plein de poils d’hommes présents dans la salle de bain. RESERVER AIRBNB OU UN HOTEL c’est largement mieux, j’ai toujours prit via airbnb sans soucis !
