This superb apartment of 84m2, has been luxuriously remodeled with high-end materials by an interior designer and spaces have been highly optimized. The windows are equipped on double glasses.
You can enjoy the sea view from the balcony while seating and having your breakfast or meal or your cocktail And listening to the music with sounds surrounding system .
The most famous Hotels and Restaurants and white sand beach of Cannes within à steps from you !
The building is located in the city center of Cannes and a couple of steps to La Croisette Blvd, Martinez, Carlton and the famous fine sand beaches of the Croisette. Being on the upper floor, the apartment has an clear view of the California Hill and Cannes Observatory on one side and a sea view on the other.
This superb 3-4 room apartment of 84m2, has been luxuriously renovated with high-end materials by an interior architect and spaces have been highly optimized. The windows are equipped with double glazing allowing effective thermal and sound insulation.
The apartment has a large living room of 30m2, two bedrooms, shower rooms and toilets, one of which represents the master bedroom of 12m2, and a large bright shower as well as double sinks. The second bedroom of 12m2 is very bright and has his own large wardrobe . The kitchen is fully equipped with a side by side fridge, a washing machine, a dishwasher and has a bar side.
The apartment has three heating systems:
- Underfloor heating in the master bedroom, bathrooms and kitchen.
- Reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room. - A high performance electric heater in the living room and at the entrance.

The building has an elevator, a green area, a garden including a space to hanging the laundry as well as bicycle parking. The entrance hall of the building has just been renovated and equipped with a videophone system.
You will appreciate hearing your music through a centralized Bose sound system with several distribution points in all rooms including the shower room in the master bedroom! The apartment is also equipped with an intelligent and efficient eclectic system with direct and indirect lighting, controlled by a dimmer system.
The area is quiet and is located a few steps from the Croisette and its beaches. All the shops on the Croisette and rue d’Antibes are a few minutes from the building. Cannes’s train station is a 10-minute walk and two bus stops are just few steps away from the building.

This was a great apartment in a terrific location, easy access to beaches, shopping, restaurants, and festivals. The bathrooms were nicely updated, the living space was large, and the communication with the property owner and manager was top notch. Linens were great and we had plenty of fluffy towels. Thanks for a great week!
