In this 3-room apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, you will find:

Two bedrooms arranged as follows:
- The first bedroom with a queen-size bed, large closets/dressing room, and large bay windows opening onto a shaded rear terrace. - The second bedroom with two single beds, closets/dressing room, also opening onto the rear terrace.
- Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and WC, and the other with a shower. - An independent kitchen, fully equipped to prepare great meals with friends and family. - Separate WC in the entrance.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is 35 minutes on foot from the train station, 20 minutes by bus, or via a private driver, which we can arrange for you through our concierge service (feel free to contact us after your booking). Driving? A closed box in the basement is available at the foot of the building. Need a transfer? We can arrange it for you through our concierge service.

Situated in the heart of the Palm Beach district, the surroundings offer a “village” atmosphere that you will love... Within a 5-minute walk, you can access all the shops: supermarkets, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, hair salon... Want to go to the center of Cannes? Reach the famous Croisette and head to the Palais des Festivals in a 20-minute walk along the sea and luxury shops, or use public transport with bus stops just a few steps from your accommodation.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
