Antibes holiday

The apartment is in a wonderful location, spotless and clean, and a great place to call home base in Cote d Azur. The host made the check in process incredibly easy and provided lots of helpful tips on restaurants, beaches, and day trips. We couldn’t be happier.

The apartment is in a great quality building. It is spacious and comfortable. Room for 6 adults and good outside space. Close to facilities and near amazing beaches.We loved our stay and would book again without hesitation.A/C very efficient.All furnishings, bedding and equipment is of great quality.Wonderful host and property manager.

Wonderful summer holiday

We had a great time in Antibes, the flat is wonderful and spacious. An ideal location to access the beaches and the town center. Can thoroughly recommend the flat.

Wonderful spot

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4. Lots of space, all the conveniences, AC (don’t take that for granted!), and a gorgeous view from the balcony. The apartment is located so that you are close to everything and we had a great time exploring Antibes and so many towns near by. Highly recommend this place!

Exploring Antibes and Region

This apartment is in a perfect location to explore the Côte d'Azur region. You are a short train ride away from many destinations and you can easily drive to the rest. We played 6 different golf courses and enjoyed walks along the ocean in Antibes

Lovely apartment in a great location

Stayed here with my best friend and our two daughters and loved it. It's in a terrific location just steps from the center of old town and also steps from the beach. The three bedrooms worked out well for us, and we loved having the kitchen and two bathrooms to make life easier. We didn't attempt the garage - I'd parked in two other garages in France and both were terrifyingly tight squeezes, but Bill was kind enough to lay out the remote so we could have used it if I'd been brave enough. Anyway, we LOVED Antibes and Bill provided tons of suggestions for restaurants and activities in his instructions. Also, we asked his recommended driver, Cyril, to take us to the airport and we loved him as well! Great place to stay!

Beautiful old French port by the sea.

We had a delightful one week stay in Antibes, with my wife, 92 year old mother and her carer. The apartment is on a leafy avenue, just five minutes from the Antibes beaches, with elevator access. We rented a car, but for the short trips we took, one could probably get by with uber. The three bedroom apartment is very comfortable, with balconies, one with a view of the sea. It is a short uber ride from Nice airport, with very smart Tesla's providing the ride. Bill our renter provided us with a helpful visit book for our stay before we departed for France. We loved walking the old-town, visiting the Picasso Museum and driving up to Biot in the mountains. It was great to jog along the sea and up the ramparts of Antibes. All of us, especially my 92 year old mother loved our stay. I highly recommend this rental.

Pleasant flat in Antibes

Great location. Excellent communication before and during stay. AC works well which was very welcome. Comfortable flat but we felt it could do with some upgrading eg shower regrouting, shower and fridge doors repaired.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property—it truly exceeded all expectations! If I could give it 10 stars, I absolutely would. The owners were incredibly responsive and communicative, making the entire experience seamless. The home was spotless, thoughtfully stocked with every amenity we could possibly need, and perfectly located. The electric shutters and air conditioning ensured restful sleep every night. We also appreciated the helpful local suggestions from the owners. You simply can't go wrong with this property—highly recommended!

Visit to Antibes

We recently spent five nights in this lovely apartment. It is updated and very convenient to the Old Town and beaches. Working with Bill was a pleasure. We have been to Antibes at least six times and renting online has always been a luck of the draw, especially with the bathrooms. This apartments is a sure thing! We definitely would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting in the area.

Mature ladies annual get together

Having had this cancelled twice due to Covid we finally made it and were all so pleased with every aspect of the apartments amenities but probably the stand out was the view and the position. The owner has been so patient agreeing to postpone twice and the property manager very helpful whilst we were there. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and look forward to coming back myself.

Ideal centrally located rental location in Antibes

Very practical rental location in Antibes within the comfort of a well-kept 3-bedroom apartment in a building with very tight security features, handy indoors car garage & all shops within walking distance (pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, ATM, etc.). Numerous restaurants are nearby and "old Antibes" is only a few blocks away. Would gladly return to this Airbnb and not rent a car next time. Frankly Antibes has more to offer than Nice and/or Cannes which are over-commercialized and impossible to get around by car and/or find parking spaces for that matter.

Worked Well for our Family

We spent 5 nights at this apartment and traveled with our three kids. 3 bedrooms worked great and it was nice that each kid had their own bed. The beds were the most comfy we had on our 3-week trip - more American-style with multiple pillows, top sheet etc. Big towels, and plenty of them, plus big beach towels and lots of beach gear. Well-stocked all around. Washer and dryer were best we encountered on our trip, similar wash and dry times as the US versus others we used that literally took hours for a cycle. There were issues with the AC that we were alerted to upon arrival but we managed fine. If you plan to use the garage, stick to the advice of a small car - we got upgraded which was better for our family, but the car was definitely too big and there were several times we had to spend quite awhile looking for parking. We appreciated the detailed info about the apartment and surroundings. It was great to have the outdoor space for meals. Loved walking to the market in old town and to the nearby beach in the evenings after day trips. We preferred the Cannes beach if we were hanging all day at a beach club. Recommend upgrading to a smart TV so Netflix etc can be accessed. A hanging shower caddy in the master shower would be helpful, there’s not much room to move around and nowhere to put soap or bottles. Overall, we had a great stay and had fun exploring the town and surrounding towns. We recommend!

Perfect location, amazing apartment!

Antibes is the best place to base along the Cote D’Azur. It is quiet and lovely. So easy to visit Nice, Cannes, and all of the little towns along the coast by train, and the train station is a 10 minute walk from the apartment! Apartment is beautiful, well equipped, in a nice quiet and very secure building. Local property manager was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and we plan to stay here again, hopefully in the not-too-distant future!

Perfect location

Very well decorated and comfortable apartment in the perfect Antibes location close to the water. Lovely spacious patio with a sea view. Even a few green parrots flew by every night to say hi.

Excellent vacation in Antibes

The photographs and description were accurate. William provided a guide to Antibes along with the check-in details which were great. The 5th floor flat was nice and clean. It’s airy and light with beautiful views of the sea from the main balcony. This made for superb morning breakfasts al fresco. The appliances all work with added bonus of a hidden outside fridge on the balcony for keeping drinks cool. If one thing could be improved, it would be the wifi (a bit slow). There are supermarkets nearby and it’s only a short trip to the beach. It’s a great location for exploring old Antibes, heading to Juan-les-pins or exploring Cap d’Antibes. We’ve stayed in Antibes many times, and this flat rates as one of the best. We heartily recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks!
