We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Very good value for money and an excellent place to stay if you’re catching the ferry from Dover. The breakfast was amazing and included in the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Was a little disappointed to be charged for parking, this seemed a little unnecessary given the location and felt like just a way to extract more money from guests. Given the location almost all guests would have to have driven so it would be clearer to include the full costs in one hotel price than have hidden costs as soon as you arrive.

The room was very clean. I have mobility issues and they gave me a room with one level and a shower seat. Which was great for me.
