"Breakfast sucks. It’s not edible. Hotel also charged me twice and would not refund my deposit"

"Clean and spacious apartment, great for large groups. We loved supporting the recovery of Biltmore Village, so we understood that repairs were in process. We had bugs in the kitchen which needs attention, the only drawback."

"The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very accommodating. The room is so cute and the single rose in the bathroom is beautiful. Our only complaint is the food in the lounge. We had dinner in the lounge on our arrival. The food was not very good, the carbonara wasn’t even edible. The second night we walked down to the social and the food was amazing! The trout and the pork chop were both excellent and 1/3 of the price (which we don’t mind paying for good food). We will be back but we will not be eating on the Inn property. "

"Room was mediocre clean. The mattress was the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on in my life! Check-in person was nice. "

"Excellent location. Right on the main street in Asheville close to everything. Excellent restaurant on the ground floor, Blackbird, even though not related to the hotel. "
