"Great location, near to railway station. Of management interested to have fully booked daily (to use manpower effectively) then they must provide following services as free / complimentary 1. Porter service at railway station to bring customer’s luggage if they have booking 2. Atleast 2 big bottle of still water per day per room 3. Effective Air condition services Room sizes are very less, one can say compact."

"We had a great room and view of Interlaken. Weather was very hot, room needed air conditioning. I was advised to use the fan. Later found out another guest had same issue and was offered air con on 5th floor. While a issue highlighted above, staff were very nice. We needed a plug socket converter as our two pin would not fit due to the socket shape. All provided free by hotel............just return on leaving. Thank you."

"Had everything you need in a friendly environment. Staff very helpful. Rooms basic and small but well designed so there was room for your stuff and you. Very good shower. Breakfast had good food and something for everyone. Laundry facility very quick. Lots of La es to hang out. Close to a grocery store and a good restaurant and the gondolas. My only criticism would be the monitoring of the community fridge. Things just thrown in and seemed to me there were old things and some people took up a lot of space by buying packs of drinks."

"We stayed in a Junior Suite in the newer building right next to the main hotel. The recently renovated rooms were clean and modern, with several balconies facing what I think are the best views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau in Murren. The spa in the basement was also very well kept and relaxing - a great way to end a long day of hiking. The restaurant in the main hall is grand, luxurious, and cooks fantastic food. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the Jungfrau region."

"We stayed in a Junior Suite with 2 Terraces for reference. Since the main point of being in Switzerland is to get out and enjoy the mountains the room isn't as important. This hotel has one main selling point, location and proximity to the Interlaken West train platform. It is essentially on the platform so you walk out of the hotel and onto the train. Only downside is most of restaurants and areas of interest are on the other side of the town. Not that there is a huge gap, probably about a 20 minute walk, or simply take the train from West to East. Bonus is if you are heading back toward Thun, Zermatt, Zurich etc you are already on the correct side of town. Included breakfast was great, plenty to choose from as it was a large buffet. I would recommend staying here."

"The location was great, so close to the train station. The property is lovely. The breakfast was very good. We were disappointed that the spa was closed. We needed more electrical plugs in our room. Wengen is beautiful!"
