「It's definitely a great space to stay to be central to town. The location is first-class: walking distance to town, beaches, and a local pub.A few small things to be aware of when booking. 「Beautiful and simple property on the end of Cape Douglas, straight on the beach. If you like having a fire inside or outside in family or a few friends, this is a little paradise. The house is nice and neat. Shallow waters in front, walking distance from heavier waves. I will def come back in summertimes. 」

「What a beautiful property! We had an hours-long tour with Kathy, the caretaker, who lives in a cottage at the back of the property. There was so much to explore! The kids loved the pool. We played tennis. We walked, and walked, and walked. Quirky, and fun! Kathy and the team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Beds were comfy, and lots of care taken to keep the place clean and visually interesting. Enjoy! 」

「This Unit was perfect for my needs. I’d have stayed longer if more time in the schedule. The host Zoe was available and responsive to any questions I had. The unit is clean newly built to modern standards. Hot water, nice water flow, spacious, very comfortable, had everything one would need. 「We were met at the gate by Sophie, property manager, who took us on a tour through her beautiful gardens and who was kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our four night stay. 「Beachport retreat is the perfect family getaway location. This is by far the best equipped family friendly house I've stayed in, not detail was overlooked. Our 4 year old relished in the box of lego and the selection of quality DVDs was appreciated by all. The only possible inconvenience is the distance from the centre of town, but it is still a pleasant walk of a quick cycle.」
