The lady who served the breakfast was the only really good part about our stay. I needed to be able to work online, there was no wifi my whole stay even though during check in I was told it would be on the next day. the windows were broken, smoke from the outside, came in, broken closet, rooms looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, the gym was filthy and a bunch of broken equipments. Electricity for only night time was so inconvenient, I know its a country wide issue but don't advertise what is not so. We did feel safe as the securities were always present. The property needs to be taken cared of better. It's location was the most convenient for us and that is the only reason we didnt move to another hotel. The staff were not bad but the property was in a bad condition

This could be a better place If it was repaired, properly handle, and have better management. Although the staff (2 ladies) were nice and kind.... but the place is not convenient for a hotel,,, and should be advertised maybe as a Guest house basic conditions.....or dormitories,,,, or motel.... but never under the "hotel" label.

The property is old, they have pictures online that look great but not true. Rooms not big enough and need a lot of work to be done. Lots of mosquitoes, bedbugs that bothered me a lot. I should get a full refund I was not happy at all

Horrible hotel

Worst ever!! The pictures in the website is not real. Hotel is run down and needs work. There’s no pool. The water dried up. I didn’t even stay and went to look for another hotel to stay. A small lizard fell from the ceiling cracks as the front desk staff was showing me the room. Horrible and wouldn’t recommend at all. Zero stars
