Apartment with private terrace in a charming stone farmhouse on a property with three other apartments. Shared fenced swimming pool and a short walk from a small village.

The property is located on the outskirts of the typical Tuscan village of Colle di Compito, south of Lucca. The nearby village is within walking distance. The apartment is very cozy with exposed beam ceilings. The furnishings are simple but reflect Tuscan tradition and blend in well, enhancing the atmosphere. The property has three other apartments for rent. The owners live in the house next door.

The apartment consists of:

A private entrance to a spacious kitchen with dining area (gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, American coffee machine, toaster), a large living room with TV, and a utility room. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom on the ground floor with shower, accessible from the terrace.

In front of the house there is a private outdoor area furnished with a barbecue. The stone house is surrounded by a very well-kept garden with lawns and olive trees. The house enjoys fantastic views over the olive grove, as it is located on slightly elevated ground. Table tennis.

From the fenced pool area surrounding the 5 x 10 meter in-ground pool (depth 1.50 meters, accessible from March 23 to October 19), you can enjoy the view while relaxing on the sun loungers. The pool is shared by all guests and owners. There is access to toilets and an outdoor shower. Children in or near the pool must be supervised by an adult at all times.
