Amazing stay with friends. The gardens and pool area are so beautiful. Francisco was a great host and gave us some recommendations. Furnished nicely with everything you need. We want to go back next year!

Beautiful and Relaxing

Our stay at the villa was absolutely fantastic! We throughly enjoyed the pool and it was an excellent location!! Very easy to make day trips!Franco was an excellent host! And definitely try the bakery right down the road!! We definitely hope to make it back again!!

The weather didn’t permit much time in the pool (it was somewhat chilly) but when we did use the pool, it was fabulous. The house was very comfortable and basic amenities were provided. The property manager, Franco, was wonderful. He responded immediately to calls or emails and recommendations were terrific.

This outstanding villa and its host were excellent and made for the perfect holiday, for myself and my husband. The space, decor, facilities, comfort and cleanliness were faultless. Beautiful outside spaces too with an excellent pool, (could actually swim lengths), huge garden covered terraces and breathtaking views. Franco was so welcoming, friendly and professional. He repeatedly went above and beyond any expectations we had, in helping us book activities and providing guidance and information about the best of what the area has to offer. Be aware that you will need a car to get around and make sure to bring plenty of bug repellant though! Couldn’t recommend highly enough and are hoping to return with our adult children and their spouses next year.

Family holiday

The villa exceeded our expectations, it was in about 2 acres of private grounds with a well maintained pool and garden area. It was well positioned for accessing train services to Pisa and Florence and only a five minute or so drive to the local supermarkets. Francesco is very friendky and attentive, proud of his villa and looks after it, the pool and gardens very well, any problems that were pointed out to him were dealt with as soon as possible. We would like to highlight though,whether the fault of home away or the owner though the property is listed as and does sleep eight, however any guests over 6 are charged as additional guests and and bed linen and towels are provided at a cash cost.gas water and electricity are also charged cash cost per week after the first week. We would definitely recommend the villa as we had a holiday to remember there.

Lovely house and garden

We stayed in the house for 10 days in October. The house and garden are really nice, the pictures do them justice. We really enjoyed our stay and Francesco was really friendly. Yet we feel, that some information is not correct. The pool could not be heated, and therefore not be used which was very disappointing, because we we really looking forward to a swim in the mornings. We also think, it should been mentioned, that Francesco and his family live in an apartment in the same house. and with two small toddlers it gets a little loud very early in the morning. The garden is enormous and for us, with a dog that enjoys a good run about it was absolutely ideal. In summer it will be an absolute delight.

Das Objekt ist an sich sehr schön, jedoch sollte ein deutlicher Hinweis enthalten sein, dass der Vermieter mit im Haus (Souterrain) wohnt. Das hat uns nicht wirklich gestört, aber unserer Meinung nach gehört es mit in die Hausbeschreibung. Der Vermieter kümmert sich schnellstmöglich um alle Belange und ist sehr hilfsbereit.

5 Familienmitglieder mit unserer Hündin Lu durften einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Capannori verbringen! Der Vermieter begrüßte uns sehr herzlich. Danach zeigte er uns die im toscanischen Stil erbaute Villa. TRÄUME werden wahr! Viel Platz, elegant und geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Jedes Zimmer besitzt seinen eigenen Flair. Draussen konnten wir den beheizten und beleuchteten Pool für uns alleine beanspruchen! Aussendem ist die Villa von einem riesigen eingezäunten Land mit Olivenbäume umgeben. Zum Fußball spielen super geeignet! Unser Hund hat viel viel Auslauf genossen. Viel Natur und eine wunderschöne Umgebung, tolle Olivenhaine! Unser Vermieter beschenkte uns mit seinen eigenen Eiern, Wein, Olivenöl! Der unsichtbare Engel war immer da, falls es Probleme geben sollte. Notwendig ist ein eigenes Auto für die Einkäufe, sowie Rastaurantbesuche oder Städtetouren zu haben. Im Umkreis von ca. 1, 5Std. Fahrzeit kann man Florenz, Pisa oder Strände erreichen. Wir haben diese Ferien sehr genossen! Vielen herzlichen Dank! 👍 Diese Traumvilla kann man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Schöner und ruhiger Urlaub in der Toskana

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Höchstens eine Waschmaschine ist manchmal praktisch, aber dafür bietet der Vermieter einen Wäsche-Service an. Der Vermieter Francesco lebt mit Familie nebenan und steht bei Fragen rund um den Urlaub in der Toskana zur Verfügung und hilft wo er kann! Strand und Pisa sind in ca. 30-40 min. mit Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt schön abgelegen und ruhig. Der Pool ist schön groß und super um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Toller Urlaub, danke an Francesco!

Veramente un eden

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Avevo la mamma in carrozzina ma nonostante il bagno sia un po' piccolo non ho avuto problemi. L'unico neo mancano le zanzariere che purtroppo in campagna sono necessarie causa numerosi insetti. Piscina top!!! Posizione ottima!!!

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Lage

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus bei Franco sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge und das Meer kann man auch schnell erreichen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Séjour très agréable dans un magnifique cadre

Le propriétaire nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et bienveillance. Il a été très prévenant et s'est occupé d'assurer la maintenance de la piscine durant tout notre séjour. La maison est telle que décrite à part que les propriétaires logent dans l'appartement en dessous, mais cela ne nous a absolument pas dérangé. Ils sont discrets et on ne les entend pas. La maison est très bien placée à 20 minutes de Lucca, idéalement situé entre Pise et Florence. Pour découvrir la Toscane, c'était top! La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques, le lieu est propice à la détente. Un super séjour que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

House and Pool were absolutely beautiful.

We had a fantastic stay. The owners, who live downstairs, are wonderful people that respected our privacy and gave great suggestions. Places like Lucca, Firenze, Prato, Pistoia are very close. The location was great.

Wondeful stay at Villa Eden

We stayed a week at Villa Eden in July 2020. Francisco was a great host, starting from communications prior to our arrival and during our stay. The villa is a marvellous oasis away from the streets and the large pool is the jewel in the crown, and yet there is a lot to see as the house is not far away from Lucca, Pisa, Firenze and the sea, which all are nice destinations for a day trip. The house itself was very clean, cozy and in good condition, providing enough space for up to 6 people. We had a fantastic and relaxing week at Villa Eden. Thank you Francisco! Grazie mille!

Herbst in der Toscana

Wir haben als Familie mit Hund 2 herrliche Wochen dort verbracht. Tolles Haus! Riesiges Grundstück! Sehr gute Ausstattung. Das empfehlen wir gerne weiter und kommen sicher auch noch mal dorthin.

Wonderful - peaceful location with fantastic pool

We loved this property - it was perfect for our party - family plus grandparents. Lots of space to relax and 3 areas to eat. The pool was absolutely perfect for us - good size and salt water. Franco looks after it really well checking water quality daily. The villa is a short drive from Lucca and Franco has lots of great recommendations. He's around when you need him but does not intrude at all. We'll be returning :-)
