"What a great little get away! Camper was clean, well stocked (cooking equipment includes a cast iron skillet in addition to the basics, variety of spices, sugar and creamer for the nice selection of k-cups and teas). Great instructions for camper functions- it was our first time staying in an RV and the directions were all very easy to navigate. The beach is just steps away on the other side of the house. While this was a great location for jumping off to area attractions, the beach here is amazing and deserves a full day, especially if you have kids. Low tide brought treasures, tide pools just down the beach, and even seals up on some rocks. Neighboring beach goers were very nice. Fire pit on the road and beach side of the property with plenty of wood provided. We didn’t get to have a fire due to a burn ban. Washer/dryer available for use too which was helpful with small kids. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again. Check out Joyce General store on the way out - great with kids as there’s a large selection of candy including vintage options as well as .25 toys. Ruby and Rialto beaches were also awesome. "
"Location was great, like you had hiked into the rainforest, but convenient. The price was about 3 times too expensive, but it was just what we needed that weekend, as far as a ready made campsite and solid shelter. Nice to have a toilet and shower nearby. Hot water was tricky to use without burns or cold, but worked. Some of the tent sites looked like they offered less privacy, so choose carefully with those. "This place was in an amazing location overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca, just 15 minutes from the Western most point of the contiguous US in Cape Flattery. The house was neat and well supplied, larger than the photos make it look. Information and suggestions were clearly communicated, which was much appreciated! It was a great stay!"
"Our stay was great! Perfect place to escape from busy city life, and the cabin felt like a home away from home. Our host was friendly and sweet, made sure we had everything we needed, in addition to letting us know she was available if we had any questions or issues during our stay.
Sekiu is a beautiful spot, and not a far drive from other picturesque beaches as well.
