The master shower does not drain well, there are two ceiling leaks in the house in the upstairs master and kitchen nook. Lastly, the dishwasher does not clean well at all. Everything else was wonderful!

Blue Belle Beauty

We had the most amazing week at the Blue Belle! Everything was very clean, and there was plenty of room for all of us! We had two families of four and the grandparents. The short walk to the beach was perfect! Having the golf cart available for rental was also key! Doug, the property manager, was responsive and so kind!

House was very comfortable for our family of 4 and even with an additional 5 when friends joined us. We enjoyed the views, cooks kitchen, gourmet coffee maker and back porch. Kid friendly streets for scooters, bikes and the golf cart rental were a plus. Beach access also very convenient and perfect for sunset time. We’d love to return someday! Doug is very responsive and kind. Great place!

Nice location in Cape Charles

House was as advertised, close to the bayfront, easy walking to all that Cape Charles has to offer. Kitchen was well stocked, screened in patio was an evening delight. If Cape Charles is your destination and you don’t need to be on the golf course, definitely consider this location.
