"Outstanding location very friendly staff but slow service "

"This was a very nice property oceanfront. I had a beautiful view of the ocean. My only complaint was that Netflix was not working very well. It was very glitchy. Also nothing to do with the hotel but the naval jets flying overhead was frequent and extremely loud."

"The hotel is at a fantastic location and we really enjoyed our oceanview room with the extra large balcony. All the hotel staff were especially friendly and helpful. The bed was altogether comfortable, but while the pillows and linens were soft, the mattress was showing signs of age with some stiff springs and stains around the sides. There were other signs of wear-and-tear, like oxidized rings on the bathroom floor around where the metal trash can had been moved, the room door feeling a little stiff to shut, and a television system that felt a few generations old, but our experience was still overwhelmingly positive and we would stay at this hotel again. "
