Can't wait to enjoy that pool...

The pool was cold when we got there. It would be nice if they set the temperature at a swimmable temperature for each guest upon arrival but that didn't happen. There directions were not clear along with a heater board that needed to be replaced because it was unreadable. I called and text everyone on the "help" list and they sent someone out and they said it was because of the colder nights. After continuing to let them know that it was not working they sent a different guy out and he replaced the heater board. Thinking it would work... but it did not! All I wanted to do was enjoy that pool during my week stay. The house was wonderful, great location, very comfortable in every way but if you want to enjoy the pool, this is not your place!

We’ve been coming to Florida for 6 years now, this was the best house we’ve rented yet. This was the first year that we didn’t have an issue with the pool, love that.

Everything was nice.

Everything was nice. Maybe a bigger toaster but that is a minor thing. I wasn’t a fan of the table in the pool, seemed more like a hassle and a possible accident waiting to happen. It would work better if it was in the spa. Overall the house was wonderful. We had a great time and would stay there again. Another suggestion would be to add recommendations for great restaurants in the area. The management staff was very friendly. He was very helpful with the pool instructions. My only thought is that having someone come to the house for check in could be a little inconvenient. I was available that day but normally I might want to sleep in or go to the beach and having to wait for someone to check us in could cause an inconvenience.

The house was great.

The house was great. Modern decor and updated furniture. The baby gate was nice to have for our youngest and the kayaks were a nice touch to help us explore the gorgeous canals. The Vesteva team always surpasses our expectations. Friendly , outgoing, and on top of anything that needs to be looked after. We love Vesteva.

Very comfortable and everything was there that we needed. Great to have child locks on kitchen drawers and cupboards. Much more spacious than photos suggest. We loved the pool, and hanging out on the lanai. We have friends locally in Cape Coral so we hosted a thanksgiving bbq before we left. Everyone commented on what a lovely home it is. The location is great too. I do remember it being quite fiddly to adjust the pool/spa settings (as others have mentioned) but that is a minor issue in such a beautiful home. Good communication throughout booking process. Had a situation where a door locked and wouldn't unlock, and they were out within the hour to fix despite being late on a Sunday. Very attentive and professional service.
