Just wow!

This was our first visit to Cape Coral and wow did we fall in love with the place, the villa was out of this world, the views were insane and so lovely to wake up to each morning, the Villa was immaculate had everything we needed there were 4 adults and 3 children, Age 15,4 & 1. One afternoon we even saw dolphins swim up the canal past the villa whilst we were in the pool, this was our honeymoon trip we will absolutely be coming back 2026! would highly recommend what a wonderful time we had, location is good, Publix 1 mile away, a few restaurants around the area, cinema over by Fort Myers and outlet shopping, nice and quiet and relaxed, park in walking distance for younger children. thank you for having us.

Better Communication

House was beautiful as advertised! However, extra electric charge for basic usage of electric for the week is ridiculous! Even after asking for the pool which was unusable for two days due to filter not working properly! Management communication was poor on the this issue as well as no notice of electrical extras prior to booking. As much as we Loved the house and location, probably won’t be back!

Awesome House - BE AWARE OF EXTRA ELECTRIC FEE

Very nice house. Everything was perfect minus the additional electric charge they added at the end. There is zero way of knowing if you will be charged extra or not. We did nothing abnormal at all.....kept AC at 74 and turned lights off when not in use. The hot tub and pool are constantly being heated.....soooo, not sure what we did to add an additional charge.

GREAT WEEK IN CAPE CORAL

Very very nice house , amazing pool deck. One of the nicest properties we have rented in Florida over many years. 100% recommend to anyone !
