A week in Paradise

We are a group of 6 lake living neighbors from Michigan, so enjoying sunshine and the outdoor pool area was awesome. The home is even better than the pictures and the management team was a pleasure to work with. The house is spotless and in great working condition, kudos to the cleaning and maintenance staff..Highly recommend!!!

Excellent property!

My family and I loved this property! Everything is as advertised in the pics, all of the amenities were in good working order, and the location next to the marina is a plus. Molly, the property manager, was very accessible whether we called or texted and answered any questions immediately. Thanks for the great vacation!

Beautiful home!

Had everything we wanted. The temperature was too cool to enjoy the pool and spa the first week, but we had plenty to entertain us. David was always assessable for advice.

Fantastic vacation

The home itself is great. There was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is beautiful and well appointed. All of the bedrooms were comfortable. The master bath is incredible. The star of the home is the pool area of course. The weather cooperated but with some cooler evenings the pool being heated was very welcome. The area is a great spot. Everything in Cape Coral and Ft Myers is convenient. There are some wonderful restaurants just a short drive away. Our favorite was just a short walk away at the neighboring marina. David was also very helpful. He is responsive quickly and extremely helpful. Overall it was a wonderful experience. We can't wait to go back.

Enjoyable Week

Family of 4 with kids 22 & 12. Overall had a great week staying at this property. House is high tech and the perfect amount of sun/shade. We were concerned about the HEAT in South Florida in the middle of July, but ended up having great temps 70s @ night and high 80’s in the day. The house air unit was great and stayed comfortably cool temperature for the majority of us. Daughter’s bedroom fan did not work, could have been a battery issue. Would be great if spare batteries in the house for fans & remotes. We only used main TV. Had many afternoon showers (typical FL weather) keeping temps down this trip. Loved the layout (Split level) and location of this house. Master on main. Kids rooms top floor. Sitting area, half bath & laundry bottom level. Great location on canal. One mile away from Publix & across the street from the Marina where there was outdoor entertainment, restaurants & shops. Went to Sanibel one day about a 30 minute trip. Would have gone more but majority of group hate the beach. If you love the beach it’s an easy trip. Hubby took the kids to the local water park which was OK, not great (review from the kids). Their trip was cut short with thunderstorm. Kids loved swimming at night with the color changing pool lights. Mom enjoyed the Spa at the end of the day. David was responsive to any questions or needs especially with the Spa that he could fix with an app. Did battle some Spiders early in the trip in the pool cage… but after the first few days of self extermination we were fine. House has bikes, beach chairs, pool toys and even saw 1 fishing pole. Was unable to park my SUV in garage with storage of jet skis. Great grill and 1 working outdoor fridge. Comfortable outdoor pool chairs, tables, seating area & gas fire pit. Plenty of beach towels. Overall a successful family sumner retreat . Would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. FABULOUS PROPERTY

My family had a wonderful 6 days in Cape Coral. Property owner very helpful in recommending activities and instructions on operation of house amenities. The place looked even better than the pictures (and the pictures were great). My grand kids loved the pool, my adult son loved fishing off the dock. Our family especially loved the large open kitchen and living room (the couch fit us all!!). I would definitely rent this property again and give it an 11 out of 10!

Enjoyed Tropical Paradise

Tropical Paradise is a beautiful home in a wonderful location with a great view of the canal. It has all the amenities we could ask for and an easy walk to Cape Harbour Marina. Highly Recommend it!

Great location, beautiful home

Owner was very responsive to all our questions. The property was awesome and was very spacious, clean for the 4 adults in our party. We picked it for the outside amenities and location to Cape Coral Harbour and neither disappointed. The only negative was the homes are close together and there was a noisy late night neighbor. Would definitely stay here again.

What a place!

Excellent Property

We would give this house 6 starts if we could. We stayed at the house for just over 2 weeks. David the owner was very helpful and the check in process was flawless. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The heated pool & the hot tub were great and the kids loved swimming everyday! The large gas grill, 2 outside fridges, and fire pit were an added bonus. The area is very nice with a grocery store less than a mile away. A marina with restaurants and boat rentals is a short walk. We highly recommend this property and we hope to rent there again.

Relaxing in the sun

This property is gorgeous! David made things very easy for us from check in to giving us ideas on shopping, restaurants and things to do. At the property you have a beautiful 3 bedroom 4 bath multi level beautifully furnished and decorated home inside. Outside is breath taking with multi level decks with different seating spaces, a nice outdoor kitchen with fridge grill and sink and bar. Of course the pool and hot tub are the main event, at least it was for us. We had beautiful weather the entire week we were there, so we spent a good share of our time outside in the pool and just relaxing soaking up the sun. The view is incredible looking out over the water. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this place and David the owner and host. Highly recommend. Thank You

Beautiful property

This is a very beautiful home makes you feel warm and welcoming. The view of the house is great, maybe one of the best possible on the channel. All the rooms are very clean, well furnished and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need to make your own meals. All the appliances are up to date, very clean and feels like new. There are plenty places for you to sit and relax inside or outside. We enjoyed sitting outside with a cup of coffee in the morning, swimming in the pool during the day or relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. David, the owner is very responsive and helpful, returns all my emails quickly. The agent, Maggie is a very nice lady and so easy to talk to. We definitely had wonderful time there during our stay. Oh, I forgot to mention that there are also two bikes for you to use, we enjoyed a lot.

The pictures don’t do this property justice. It was spacious with many amenities. It was close to beaches and many other places. It is in a nice neighborhood and David was great at communicating. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing location!

This was our second time staying at this wonderful property and once again it did not disappoint! Was hot the week we were there so enjoyed the pool and the deck area! The Cape Coral Harbour Marina was just across the road and walking distance to restaurants, live music, shops and just boat (yacht) watching while enjoying a few cocktails. The house is equipped with all the amenities. David was always available if we had questions and very accommodating! Definitely a 5 star!!!

Tropical Paradise

The home was more than we expected. We caught fish off the dock and enjoyed the great view of the canal day and night. There is a little blackbird that made a nest in the Boat Launch beam on the dock; he scared me every time, but I probably scared him more. On our walks we enjoyed seeing many burrowing Owls and is close to a park for our grandson to enjoy. Short walk to Cape Harbour which had a lot to offer. All in all a great place and would book again

Comfortable and clean house. Super nice owner. Nice pool and hot tub with great views.

A comfortable and clean house. Well stocked. Pool and hot tub are really nice and the view on the canal was great. Close and convenient to grocery store and other amenities. The owner is super nice and accommodating. There were a few issues when we first checked in. Like problems with the remote controls, the hot water had been shut off, Nest cooling thermometer and things like that. We were able to get it fixed but it did cause some inconvenience and aggravation. The house is in a nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and the marina. It is much farther from Fort Myers Beach and other really nice swim beaches and some activities than I had anticipated. We made the drive with our nice rental car and it worked out but it was slightly inconvenient. I think next time I would choose to stay somewhere closer to Ft. Myers beach area. Overall we had a good time, the house is very nice and the owner is super friendly and helpful. Thank you
