Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stay was comfortable, nice atmosphere for relaxing and play. Great pool area and sun deck for hanging out with family and friends. Spacious, with 4 bathrooms definite plus. Well lit, kid lock gates at pool, had all the bases covered in kitchen appliances. Large grills. Internet worked great.We had 12 family members, 5 vehicles. We all had our privacy, but the drive is tight for double parking, but then we all had full size truck or suv.

Kevin and Charline were exceptional hosts, thinking of every detail to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location was ideal—conveniently located to stores and restaurants. Communication with Kevin and Charline was seamless; they were incredibly responsive and genuinely friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this property, especially for large families, as it offers a great communal space to come together while also providing private retreats for the evenings.
