「We were a large family group in town for a beach soccer tournament. We always struggle to find properties with enough bedding so the boys don’t have to double up. This house was great. It was also possibly the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Communication was great. Checkin was easy. Location was great. Easy on and off Parkway. 「I met Kyel. He worked at the front desk. I love his service. I had my son with the wheelchair and I I needed it a more comfy room to go up and down with the wheelchair and he really was so nice to me and help me to be comfortable. I love the place I love the apartment thank you, Kyel.」

「Really nice efficiency with a nice-sized bathroom. Great location, close to boardwalk, with a bicycle rental joint across the street. Easy walk to the beach. Used street parking and had to walk a couple of blocks (though one evening I got a space right next to the building!). Parking was not terribly challenging, as it wasn't a holiday weekend. The area seemed really safe at night. Neighbors were quiet (though a maid decided slamming doors incessantly midday was okay :-). Bathroom caulk needs...

We were weary of using the upstairs bathroom as there was obvious plumbing issues from the wet stains on the ceiling in the kitchen. Nothing noticeably wet. We just used the bathroom downstairs for the duration of our stay. The condo was clean and big. Pictures online absolutely did it justice. True to size in the photos. "The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. "
