Modern Getaway within walking distance to the harbor!

Newly renovated Village Green quad with open floor plan. Every room has been updated with new flooring, fresh paint and amenities. Covered front porch with seating and ceiling fan. Outdoor eating area with picnic table and grill, as well as an outdoor shower. Access to large outdoor closet for your personal use. When you enter the house, you are welcomed by cathedral ceilings and a open living room/kitchen area. The living room includes a large sectional sofa, that doubles as a queen size sleeper, and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath. The second bedroom includes two full size beds. There is a newly renovated hall bath and brand new washer and dryer. We can recommend a service for towels and linens as we do not provide them. All towels and linens are provided by the renter. The Lobster House, Lucky Bones, C-View Inn, Wawa and the scenic harbor, as well as the Fishermen's Memorial are all within walking distance.

Peace and quiet at its best!

Exceptional communication from Kim and Bobby. Truly beautiful and cozy place inside and out. Spotless inside and very well maintained. The front enclosed outdoor porch was delightful to use for relaxing or having a cup of coffee. The Beds were comfortable and pillows as well. Sleeping at night was very quiet. Day or night not many vehicles drive down the road so the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Air conditioning worked exceptionally well and all ceiling fans kept entire place comfortable during our stay. Refrigerator is huge with plenty of space and all appliances worked excellent. Having the use of the Sony smart tv was great for our kids too. The location fit our needs well and look forward to staying again in the future. My family and I highly recommend this location when staying in Cape May. Thanks again Kim and Bobby!

Interesting that Linens are not provided, besides that everything was absolutely fantastic! I mean the entire place is just a wonderful environment! We had so many good times there and it is super close to the beach and the CG! to go straight to graduation was fantastic!

Great for us. Clean, updated, amenities as described. Only one tiny glitch--couldn't get outside shower to work but no big deal. Located in a suburban 'hood--would prefer close to beach but no way to know on VRBO until you've made the decision/paid. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in cape may

This is our second time renting from Bobby and we had another fabulous stay! Bobby is responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for the kids but close enough to the beach and many restaurants. We rent a golf cart to get around. We would definitely rent again!

Great place to stay

This home provided everything you could need in Cape May except for the sunshine! Luckily the house has a big enough kitchen table for our rainy day games and a great covered porch to sit outside and watch the rain fall. Also loved using the outdoor shower upon our return from the beach. Please note, linens are not provided but there is a washer and dryer and the kitchen is very well appointed. Location was close to most things we did and parking was not an issue. (5 stars)

Summer Vacation with family

We had a wonderful stay. Place newly renovated . The place was so relaxing like a home away from home . Laundry and A/C a big bonus as it was hot . Quiet neighborhood and great parking. Outside shower storage unit for bikes and a grill . Owners very responsive. !!!

We loved our stay at Bobby’s house. It was perfect for our family of 4 He communicated quickly and the location was great. We rented a golf cart to get around and it was perfect. We hope to stay again soon!

Though we did not make a big deal out of these items, we thought that providing no linens was a bummer especially given the cleaning fee was higher than most that did. There was no cushions for the couch on the front porch. The fridge's filter light was on indicating no filter or the need to change it. There didn't appear to be a porch light that worked to see the front door lock. The gutter going across the front steps must be clogged.

Quiet & Convenient

Repeat rental again this year. House is conveniently located to beach, restaurants, grocery & convenience stores, & roads. Quiet neighborhood and clean . Met Robert who is the owner who was very accommodating with getting the internet & tv working & appreciate his putting the trash cans out to the curb. Would highly recommend this property as owner is active in making sure that everything is working & its great location/ proximity to everything.

Great Family Cape May Vacation

This property was very clean and well maintained. The appliances looked brand new and there were plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. We brought our Kayaks and took advantage of the closeness to the harbor and backwater channels for some peaceful kayaking. It is about a mile from the beach so you'll need to drive or bike to it. We met Bob who is the owner's father and he gave us a great list of things to do in Cape May which we really appreciated.

Great quiet location and house was perfect

Convenience is a word that describes everything. Close to beach, restaurants, Wawa, shopping. Property has everything including full kitchen, washer/dryer, two full baths, storage locker, etc. perfect for a family.
