"They cancelled my booking when I tried to check in because I was traveling with a cat. It was one night. Instead me and my pet slept in the car that night and I got zero money back because the booking was non refundable. These people didn’t even try. I will never trust a “Quality” inn and suites again. They took my money and I had nowhere to stay. Completely unacceptable. "

"Although the main building and many of the amenities (e.g., restaurant) were closed for renovations, the new Coveside building was great! The rooms are well appointed and spacious. It's so great to be able to bring my pup along. Beautiful walking trails, and the Coveside market had all the necessities and a nice coffee bar. "

"Fully equipped kitchen, the hotel is staffed at all times and they are very helpful! Shops across the street and Sebago Brewing restaurant right in the same parking lot. Laundry was clean overall great stay!"

"Room was clean and breakfast was good however there were two basketball teams and a cheerleading team all staying at the hotel, the chaperones were not around a whole lot as the basketball teams were playing in and out of the pool and then jumping into the hot tub we were in jumping on us and splashing us and then using the handicap chair lift at one point there were about 15 to 18 teens in the hot tub with us. Some of the kids were respectful while others were not, kids were running around the hotel well until after 1230am playing ding dong ditch. Normally we haven’t had any issues before with our stay but this time it was much worse and sleeping was an issue. Normally im not a karen about this but this was beyond frustrating."
