queen bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom provides two
comfortable 3/4 beds with access to a shared bathroom.

The open-plan layout includes a spacious lounge adorned with modern art
deco elements, creating a relaxing space to unwind after a day of
adventure. Enjoy home-cooked meals in the dining area or prepare your
favourite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven,
refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and more. Step out onto the
balcony to take in the fresh ocean air, or simply relax in the
family-friendly environment of this non-smoking apartment. The property
also offers secure parking within a remote-access complex for added
peace of mind.

Bloubergstrand is renowned for its incredible views of Table Mountain

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with the guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 58 Porterfield Rd, Blouberg Rise, Cape Town, 7441. The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
