We've lowered our nightly rates due to ongoing construction next door. The project is expected to continue until March 2026. Please note that from November/December, the work should move indoors, significantly reducing noise. There will also be a break in construction from mid-December to early January for the builders' holidays. House has back-up batteries to keep the power running during electricity outages. It is serviced 5 times a week. Additional cleaning service can be arranged for a fee. Breakfast can be provided for an additional fee. Private chef, private chauffeur, yoga instructor, personal trainer, nanny, etc. can be arranged for an additional fee.
