The neighborhood has many trendy eateries, cafe's, pubs and other local gems. There are fans and heaters, but no air conditioning/AC.
The Space:
The apartment is stylish, modern, fully equipped apartment. The expansive 60m2 balcony with it's gas BBQ and seating is perfect for entertaining. It also features the most epic 180 degree views of Table Mountain, Lions Head and Signal Hill. The balcony even has it's own home-made, up-cycled micro-vertical water wise indigenous (edible & medicinal) herb garden!

About the neighbourhood:
The neighbourhood is ideally situated between the city center, CTICC (5 mins walk), the world-famous V&A waterfront and Long Street (10 mins walk). There is also a huge range of fantastic bars, clubs, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery shops and more all within a 5-15 minute walk in the local area. There is a neighbourhood guide available in the apartment, previous guests have left many great suggestions, and we're more than happy to make more recommendations from a local angle.
Getting Around:
Public transport is available via the reliable MyCiti bus network which operate from the next block down. Uber operates in Cape Town too!
