I stayed at ONOMO for 10 days and I had a lovely time . The room was spacious and the bed very comfy so were the pillows . I am very grateful for the way the staff treated me especially Patrick who was lovely he made sure that all my requirements were met . George the driver was lovely too ,not to mention the girls at reception who were ever so kind to me . Rooms were large, but there were several maintenance issues throughout the hotel. Staff was friendly and receptive to feedback and the manager was excellent at trying to address issues we encountered. The location is centrally located to transportation, historic locations, shopping, and other a useful resources. There is also a local artisan market in front of the hotel every day and a great little coffee shop in a 19th century church adjacent to the hotel.

Très bien situé. Personnel dévouée aidant prêt à vous rendre le petit service qui fait toute la différence. Excellent déjeuner sur place très complet. Keep in mind you are in the city center, it feels a bit sketchy at night however the security makes you feel safer. Hotel building is outdated, bathrooms are clean but carpets have stains on and are in desperate need of replacement. Overall stay was good, plus is that the hop on hop off site seeing bus office is 2 mins walk away from the hotel.

3 star quality. Awesome bartenders. Housekeeping was adequate but not stellar. Used dishes left in room, fresh water not refilled etc. Excellent breakfast buffet. Room cards never worked, got inactivated daily.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. On site Restaurant and bar was useful. Breakfast was tasty and starts early which is useful to get to Robben Island and Table Mountain which i recommend as early as possible. Taxis are very cheap to travel to other places especially after dark. The room was super clean, just the air conditioning needs an upgrade in future luckily end of March was not too hot, so had window open. On site parking was handy too.

It served its purpose to gp to clifton beach. Too small bathrooms. Breakfast was good. Front desk help upon arrival ignored me and answered the phone instead. Good location for nightlife walking dustance.

Hotel bem localizado, limpo e com bom café da manhã. Recbe ônibus de turismo e portanto em alguns horários fica congestionado. O Fitness center não é bem equipado (falta esteira de caminhada). Café da manhã inicia as 6:30 AM mas nessa hora ainda faltam itens básicos. Reposição de xícaras e copos deixa a desejar. ! torradeira de pão é insuficiente para atender horário de pico.
