The fully equipped kitchen provides an uncluttered space for all your culinary requirements and includes a dishwasher, oven, stove top, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster for your convenience. The quaint dining space offers a 3 seater dining table where you can enjoy your morning coffee and favourite dishes. Alongside the kitchen and dining space is the cozy lounge area with a flat-screen TV which leads out onto a gorgeous undercover balcony boasting expansive views of the iconic Table Mountain and City Bowl surrounds.
The immaculate bedrooms in this unit make use of a shared bathroom offering a spacious shower, basin and toilet. The main bedroom includes a queen size bed while the second bedroom offers a double bed both with sufficient natural light entering the rooms. Crisp linen and fresh towels are included in your stay.
The Cedar apartment block also offers its guests a shared outdoor pool and barbeque area. Otherwise, there are endless things to do around the Mother City which is abundant in art galleries, unique eateries, cafes, restaurants, markets, clothing stores, and beautiful hiking trails.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
