The management company CTHA was very unorganized and unprofessional. They advertised that you can check in as early as 2pm however they sent me a message an hour before my check-in time to inform me that I would have to wait 3 hours to check-in, this after I sent them a message the night before informing them that I would be arriving at the location at 1:30pm to check-in at 2pm. They ended up allowing me to check in before 5pm however the space was being cleaned while I was in the apartment.
