This was a very nice apartment, well furnished in a great location NEAR the V&A waterfront area. There are two hotels in the immediate area with restaurants and bars. We did have two maintenance issues which were addressed immediately by our host. The last was a water heater that failed necessitating moving apartments on the final night of our stay. Also, our first apartment was supposed to have a washer and dryer however there was no dryer.

All air conditioners in the apartment does not work properly. Freezer had so much ice that we could not use it at all. Water leaked on the floor all our stay. They mention that the apartment is part of whosting, but it is not! It is a private booking, and is affliated to any hotel (whosting or Aha harbour bridge). Staff Anieka was very helpful. Please be aware that what they say cannot be trusted. Such as we were advised that late check out will be given and our luggages can be kept until it is our time to leave. We did have late check out (2pm) but no one would keeo our luggages until it was time to go to the airport. They selling apartment as a package with expedia as a luxury residence, it is not! It is an okay accomodatiom but not a luxury one.

Property was nice size, location worked for me. Property needed a few minor things repaired, but they did not affect and enjoyable stay. Was met given keys and tour of property and they were also gracious with extra time for my checkout. I would not only recommend but would definitely stay there again

You made my vacation very special my wife enjoyed

The staff were all very helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was in a fabulous position in the Waterfront and we loved the beautiful Cocktail Bar gazing out at the harbor.
