The apartment has an open plan kitchen and lounge with a cosy 3-seater
dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with every amenity
necessary for self-catering and features island seating for 4. The
lounge boasts a wall-length window with spectacular ocean views, a
ceiling fan, a wall-mounted TV with a full bouquet DSTV, and access to
the balcony. For guests’ convenience, the balcony features a gas braai
and a 4-seater dining table - the perfect spot to enjoy a traditional
South African braai and a glass of wine.
There are two spacious bedrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. The
master bedroom has a queen bed and a floor-to-ceiling window with ocean
views, while the second bedroom has 2x single beds (ideal for
children). Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan to combat the summer heat
and share the apartment’s shared bathroom (fitted with a shower) and
guest toilet.

For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at 18 Beach Boulevard, Blouberstrand
The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
