「the property is gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable and nice. Don't expect a tv in your room, or a refrigerator. It is more like a very nice bed and breakfast. the restaurant was very nice and moderately priced and breakfast, which is included, was also very good. It is about a 10 minute drive to the little main area of the Valle but not bad. The pool was nice enough, but small. The staff is very friendly and helpful.」

「The pool and view are awesome. Sadly, this hotel clearly has slid into disrepair. There were at least 30 mosaic tiles loose on the shower floor--one cut my foot. The walls looked like a 12 year old did the painting--so much paint on the beautiful tiles, ceiling, door trim. Doing a nice job on the paint would have cost almost nothing, so sad! Hundreds of tiny ants crawling around the porch slider. Electricity out both nights. Second night from midnight to after 10 am--so no ac, running...

「The setting is lovely, the landscaping impeccable and staff was friendly and attentive. My husband is visually impaired and there were a lot of hardscape steps that were difficult to navigate because of poor lighting at night. The lobby and restaurant areas at night were also very dim. A small lamp or light source at the individual tables would help with that so I hope they consider this. As vegans, the restaurant choices were a bit limited. Our room was lovely and we enjoyed our time there...
