Great stay in Naregno

Perfect place to explore Elba island - 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Nice little villa with 2 bedrooms and wonderful garden with view to the mountains.

Tutto perfetto, zona non super frequentata e perfetta per le famiglie. Il plus della casa è il giardino con doccia esterna e barbecue. Host molto disponibile.

Schöne ruhige Alleinlage

Wir sind als Familie dort gewesen, Betten ausreichend vorhanden und auch genug Platz für sie eigenen privaten Sachen. Die Kpche verfügt über einen Minibackofen, der problemlos Pizza und Toast bewältigt. Die Kaffemaschine ist typisch Italienisch und es gibt eine Waschmaschine (außerhalb des Hauses) Die Außendusche auch für uns das Highlight, die im Bad ist tatsächlich etwas klein, aber auch aussreichend. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war sehr ruhig und aufgrund der Größe der Insel ist natürlich alles gut erreichbar. Die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht benötigt, da wir im Oktober verreist sind und durch die guten Mückenschutzgitter Nachts die Fenster geöffnet lassen konnten. Super Aufenthalt! Und die Gastgeberin ist super nett und hat uns jederzeit beiseite gestanden (z.B. beim buchen der Fähre). DANKE

Vacanza alla villetta Mimosa

Villetta deliziosa in zona molto tranquilla, la doccia calda esterna ed il barbecue conferiscono un valore aggiunto alla struttura Proprietari gentili ma gestione delle pulizie carente, stoviglie incrostate da rilavare completamente ed a fondo. Poca elasticità e comprensione al check out. Posto auto comodo. Globalmente un soggiorno positivo.

Ottima posizione per stare tranquilli

Tutto ottimo. Posizione ideale per chi vuole stare lontano dal caos. Spiaggia vicina, centro di Capoliveri a pochi minuti. Casa accogliente con giardino e terrazza esterna. La doccia esterna comodissima. Sicuramente se torneremo all'Elba torneremo qui.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Grundsätzlich haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt: schönes Haus, tolle Lage (600 mtr zu Fuss bis Strand; 300 mtr sind Luftlinie). herrliche überdachte Terrasse, Außendusche uneinsehbar und unser Familienhighlight zum (Ab-)Duschen. Lage zw. Porto azzurro und Capoliveri ist sensationell. Es passte alles, wenn man berücksichtigt, dass es "italienischer Standard" ist. Küche eher spärlich eingerichtet, keine Waschmaschine wie angegeben, Klimaanlage produzierte feuchte Luft: Filterwechsel nötig oder ist das so? Unsere Empfehlung an die Vermieter: Matrazenqualität überprüfen und Waschmaschine reinstellen oder aus Inserat entfernen. die letzten 3 Punkte führen zu 4 statt 5 Punkten.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren 2 Wochen auf Elba(2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder und Hund)und haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage. Sehr ruhig, sauber und nur 5-10min zu Fuß zum Strand. Auch sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf der ganzen Insel. Vermieterin war sehr nett!

Steupenda villetta!

Ritorneremo sicuramente a "La Mimosa" ci siamo trovati benissimo! Si raggiunge la spiaggia a piedi dalla villetta in pochi minuti, comodissima per chi come noi ha bambini piccoli. La villetta è in una posizione fantastica immersa nella natura, l'arredamento è curato e completo di tutto. Inoltre ha un bellissimo giardino dove i bambini hanno passato pomeriggi a giocare e dove la sera abbiamo fatto indimenticabili grigliate! I proprietari Claudia e Daniele sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili con noi. Consigliamo questa villetta a tutti!
