Perfect for a beach vaca

Great location for beach, pools and restaurants! We have been visiting Sanibel/Captiva for years and this updated condo was a wonderful find!

Great location

Overall solid. Shower and bathroom sink was clogged up but property manager was quick to send plumber. Arrived to no coffee filters and 1 roll of toilet paper. Gorgeous views. Pool was not nice. Beach was beautiful. I would stay again if price was adjusted

Fantastic Place!!

Great rental

Easy access to the beach. Had chairs for us. Close walk to Starbucks, the mucky Duck and easy to get around. Found some beautiful shells. Thank you for a relaxing visit!

Captiva escape

My sister and I went on a girls weekend and this was a great escape for us! The condo was very clean and in a location that can’t be beat. Communication was always very timely with the owners. We hope to visit again next year!

Beautiful Captiva Experience

We had a fantastic time at this condo! It’s just a short walk to the beach, has beautiful views of the balcony of the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets were spectacular, and we even have the experience of feeling perfectly safe even though some pretty nasty weather brewed up one of the days we were there. We would definitely rent here again!

We loved this unit. Very nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the padded seats on the lanai chairs and for the dining room table. Would stay here again and again!

South Seas Villa

Love South Seas Resort. Condo in great location. Easy to get to beach. We were able to hang out at the beach and have wonderful family time. Pull out worked for kids unsure if it would be comfortable for adults.

Wonderful setting for Girls Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay on Captivia Beach. The condo was perfect for our needs and we really enjoyed the pool, watching the ospreys and other wildlife right in front of our unit, breakfasts out in the screened in porch, walks along the beach, shopping downtown and dinner + Happy Hours at Mucky Duck. Hosts were wonderful and very responsive.

Easy walk to beach, pool was awesome. Still much construction going on but limited times. Go to the marina to see manatees. We brought food to grill out by the pool. Not many dinner options

Great little oasis in paradise

We have been going to Captiva for years. This condo is perfectly positioned between the beach and the pool. The air wasn’t working on it got there, so I called the 24 hour number in within an hour and was fixed. We definitely re-rent again. I love The view, and how clean the Condo was. Do not hesitate you should book

This is a great place to stay

It was one of the nicest decorated units we have stayed in, the appointments & furniture were first class and taste-full. The elevator made it very easy to bring in the heavier luggage. It has a beautiful view of the water and sunsets each night. Just for good measure, there was a also pair of osprey nesting about 75' away. The beach was beautiful and only a very short walk. The location was excellent, walking distance to Doc Fords, The Mucky Duck, other restaurants and a multitude of stores. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay for a relaxing vacation.

More Like Home!

The Kitchen, furniture, bathroom, several shades of greeen plus the wainscoting added to the "Home" feel of the condo, NOT another "beach" codo with wicker. Definately more "upscale", as promised. .Dream Vacations was very good to work with and fixed a battery for the door entry within hours! We would definately stay again!

Great condo

Stayed with my teenage daughter. We really enjoyed the condo. It had everything we needed and was very clean. I normally feel weird getting comfy in a vrbo, but it was so clean that it felt like home. The towels were very nice and the laundry is right under the unit, which was super convenient. The only suggestion would be to update the bedding. It has seen better days and the pillows were very lumpy. But other than that, it was wonderful. Proximity to the beach and pool was perfect. There was construction going on at the property, but it really didn’t affect us. It was to be expected. Will definitely book again.

Great location, would recommend a different condo

The condo was in a great location with a great view. We had three issues. 1. They didn't have the right door code in so we were locked out when we arrived late because of cancelled flight. 2. The mattresses where very uncomfortable. 3. They had restrictions on the air conditioner temperature, which made sleeping uncomfortable. We didn't know about the temperature restriction until the day before we arrived.

Family reunion in Paradise!

Everything was as described and more! The unit felt like home. We had everything we needed including a blender! The view was spectacular, the ospreys, the iguanas and the dolphins were all amazing. Our family rented 4 different units. We met here for a reunion, and it was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for sharing you're home! My husband says you should add a "sixth star"...we loved it here and hope to come back again! Highly recommend. We ate twice at Green Flash, the blackened grouper is superb! We also ate at Mucky Duck and the outdoor entertainment was wonderful! The beach is just wonderful. Watched dolphins from the far beach at very end between Captiva and North Captiva Island and they also swam by us in front of unit. Took dolphin cruise and the dolphins 🐬 sure entertained us!!!! Thank you, thank you!

Great location and condo

The condo was very clean and the king bed was comfortable. The furnishings were all nice and comfortable also. The condo looks out over the ocean which is about 100 yards away. The pool is located between the condo and ocean. Literally only a few minutes walk to the pool and then a few more over the dunes to the beachfront. You can hear the waves from the lovely screened porch. This unit is first floor, but the condo has a wash through underneath, so it's like being on the second floor. There is an elevator right next to this unit, so very convenient for unloading/loading your car. Our only costructive criticism is it would be lovely if the unit had some basic spices. Even if only salt and pepper. There are two grocery stores on Sanibel (about 20 minutes from the condo). We liked Bailey's Market. It's a bit pricey, but really good food and selection!

Wish we would have stayed longer.

My husband and I were visiting Sanibel/Captiva for the first time. We stayed on Captiva and were not disappointed. The condo was conveniently located near restaurants, golf cart rentals, and a small grocery store. This is the cleaniest VRBO I've every stayed at. I'm allergic to dust, no dust here. The elevator is out of order and there's maintenance going on due to hurricane Ian devastation, but it didn't affect our stay at all. There's no construction noise and if you're concerned about the elevator, don't be, it's one short flight of stairs and your at the door. The beach is private and not over crowded. If you're looking to relax, this is the place. I do wish we would have gone grocery shopping for breakfast and lunch in, instead we dined out for every meal and it was expensive. Of course I want to help the local businesses rebuild, but should have planned for a few meals at the condo. Also, the condo has everything you need, kitchen is well equiped, beach chairs, beach towels...great place to stay. My only regret is not staying longer. :)
