“At first glance we were a little nonplussed by the room being tucked away in a dark corner, but once iside the room we were happy with it. The room was clean and comfortable, and although the sink area a little small, we made it all work. Checking in was a little weird--calling the manager and obtaining a code through her app--but I guess a lot of motels are doing this now, whether we like it or not. All in all the stay was adequate for our purposes, the beds comfortable and the location close……

“丹佛到黄石公园，中间的歇脚地，怀俄明州本来人口就少，这个小镇就更是了，人气和中国西部的乡下类似，前台不再酒店里面，而是邻近的一家餐厅内（应该是一家的），入住附赠送早餐（花样蛮多，选了培根鸡蛋的套餐），登记在餐厅的前台，然后拿房卡后到酒店大门刷卡入住，全程自助，英语不好伤不起。里面设施倒还不错，房间宽敞，设施卫生，虽然邻路但还算安静。步行五分钟有个dollar tree，物美价廉，经济的驴友可以在那里弄满黄石的补给。总之，还不错，好评！”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I Stayed at Motel 6 Rawlins for a night and had a really good experince. The room was clean, parking was easy and the location is perfect right off I-80. Big thanks to Ven at the front desk. He was super friendly, helped us with our luggage and made check-in very easy. Also, the coffee at the front desk was surprizingly one of the best coffees we had on our trip. Simple place, good people and great service. Would definetly stay here again.”

“Just a one night stay. Nice staff, arrived late with no problem. Good breakfast, but it ends at 9:30. No pancakes? Room was good, but shower did not seem like it was cleaned. We almost always like Holiday Inn Express. This one was comfortable, and met most of the standards that keep us coming back.”

“Staff cheerful and helpful. Decent breakfast. Hallways and room had a moldy odor. AC didn’t work in our room, making our room musty and sleep uncomfortable. Sink water faucet missing part of its handle. No elevator to second floor and other accessibility issues.”

“An absolutely unique stay, a piece of history frozen in time in the middle of nowhere. For sitting still and appreciating the beauty of the moment past. We stayed in the Owen Suite, which was filled with beautiful historical pieces. Across from the hotel is a small, but a very interesting museum very much worth visiting (and you can buy there a novel, which hotel is named for, The Virginian by Owen Wister). The guys, Jay and Jacoby, who are taking care of the hotel and renovating it are beyond……

“The hotel and room was very dated and in need of comprehensive rennovation: carpets were worn, halls had a stale odor, external doors to stairs were not locked (security concern), staff was not adequately trained in check-in process. The room was reasonably clean and functional, but the bath tub did not have any traction surface and was a slipping hazard. Breakfast area was adequate but had minimal food selections and seating area. If I ever stay in Rawlins again, this hotel would not be……
