“The description and pictures were not even close. The lobby was dirty, not dusty but the walls needed cleaned, the rug was filthy and the entrance/exit door was so disgusting I wouldn’t even touch it with my hands. The room was better but there was a smell to it. It was clean except the wall next to the night stand. You could see the steaks from things being spilled on it. There wasn’t a rug under the living room coffee table which is no big deal, but there was no kitchen/dining room table to……

“The smell of mildue or mold, cob webs in the corners of each room condiment old or bad fridge was leaking and covered up with a towel, main lock strike plate was missing and only secured with wood trim we did not feel safe as for the door could have been forced open easily, one bedroom was a pull out bed not a bed no face soap only shampoo, walk way and drive way where cracked broken and unever causing a trip hazard, hot water temperature was scolding hot”

“A nice, peaceful getaway. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this is one of the most comfortable. The entire house is well maintained and well equipped. The kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you could want. Everything we needed was there. The front porch is really great with comfortable furniture and live plants everywhere. The host is VERY responsive to messages. We never had to wait for an answer. In fact when we ran out of propane for the outdoor……

“The kitchen could be equipped with a few more items e.g. a bread knife. Inspect the glassware frequently. I almost cut my lip on a glass tumbler with a chip on the rim. The door handle into the bedroom was soiled. I did take picture of it to show my wife. I forgot and left a charger cord for my hearing aids in the bedroom. I thought the 50 service plus shipping charge to return to me out of line (too expense). ”
