Charming holiday home with garden in the south of France

The house is located between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Sea (approx. 80km) in a fantastic location with a view over the hills and mountains of the Languedoc and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people who are looking for peace. In Espéraza you will find all shops. Equipment: The house (75m2) has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), living room, kitchen, shower and toilet as well as a terrace and a garden.
The house can only be rented weekly.


Overlooking the Languedoc hills, this traditional stone house (75m2) sleeps 4 to 6 guests and is the perfect place for nature lovers and people who want to switch off.
In the next village, 2 km away, you can find local shops.
House equipment: a kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, are upstairs, a terrace, a garden
Renting only on a weekly basis.

Gîte au pays cathare
Maison en pierres apparentes au cœur du pays cathare, à mi-chemin entre les Pyrénées et la mer Méditerranée (environ 80km), convient parfaitement aux amoureux de la nature et à ceux qui recherchent le calme. Pailhères est un petit hameau à 2 km de tous commerces. La maison (75m2) comprend un grand salon- cuisine, une salle d'eau + toilettes au rez-de-chaussée et deux chambres à l'étage; une à un lit double, l'autre à deux lits simples. Elle dispose également d'une terrasse avec vue magnifique et d'un jardin. Location uniquement à la semaine.

domaine ressourçant
