"On checking in at 330pm cleaners had just started from previous tenants! House was not cleaned properly dirt under beds and lounge. Lounge had a large wet patch which smelt of urine. Windows in lounge and kitchen had dog paw marks. Dining table dirty.Back door and screen locks were broken. Laundry door handle was broken and missing. Bedroom near laundry, closet door handle broken screw poking out and only way to open it.Hole in main bedroom floor beside heating vent big enough for child foot to slip in! Laminate on kitchen cupboard hanging offLaundry cupboard hanging off hinges nearly landed on my daughter’s foot! Smoke alarm taken off wall and put in hall cupboard. No other smoke alarms sighted throughout house.Blinds removed from kitchen and dining room but chain still there dragging on floor! Garden needs a good rake and removal of branches and debris.Water temperature too high granddaughter burnt herself as taps are very touchy! On a positive note area is convenient and quiet but this house definitely is not suitable for 11 as stated! We had 6 and it was tight especially lounge room! "
