「We stayed at XYZ hotel for about three weeks while vacationing there in tacloban city. All the staff were very friendly, respectful and polite. Our room was kept clean and comfortable. The only issues were that the WiFi keeps dropping off and had to re-log back in. The first 11 days we were at the “ Fine room Queen”5th floor room 503 which was okay, there were molds in the shower area and the air conditioning wasn’t as cold as it should. Also the trash cans didn’t have plastic bags in them. I...
