This property is perfect for two people, nice ocean views and pretty easy access to restaurants. I was lucky to find it on short notice the property management let us check in a little early which was most helpful!

This was a comfortable stay, across the street from the beach so a good place if you are a surfer. Bed and bedroom was very comfortable, bath and kitchen were very nice. While furniture is very comfy, it is also very dirty, so we covered it with our own blankets.

This studio apartment was super cute and looked just like the photos. The check-in is late at 4pm, but the hosts were very communicative. The towels were nice and luxurious but they don't have a floor length mirror or black out curtains so the place gets bright when the sun comes up so bring an eye mask! Overall, it's a cute spot and right across the street from the ocean. It's about a good15 minute walk or .7 miles to downtown Carlsbad.

Well-kept and excellent in all respects. Beautiful details and furnishings, spotless. Great "beachy" feel, with a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. Location can't beat - just a few blocks from the fun Carlsbad Village, far enough away to be peaceful at night. Perfect for a couple!

This cute studio had everything we needed to make our time in Carlsbad special. Great location with ocean views and easy distance to beach & town. We slept with French doors wide open and fell asleep to the sound of the waves (and a few cars along the side street and beach road.)

The property was exactly as listed. A cozy spot across from the beach. We were able to enjoy the beach and walk into town for shopping and restaurants. We really like the location and would return no questions asked.

Location is great. You can walk many places or bike. We had a car to travel long distances. The sunset is wonderful. The city is one of a kind. It is beautiful, the people are friendly, and the vibe is easy. The space is coastal and pretty, but the furniture needs to be cleaned or probably replaced.

Such an amazing place. Fits 2 people perfect. Every amenity available from large bath towels, beach towels, coffee etc. Welcoming from the start. Quiet part of bldg off Main Street. Courtyard enjoyed fire pit and bottle of wine. Stayed 5 nights. Walk to village and restaurants is about 6-7 short blocks. Good closet space and drawers to unpack in bedroom. Alicia was available for any questions. It was perfect for us. Thank u. Would definitely stay again❤️❤️

This particular unit is at the back on the building but still has a view of the ocean! Being at the back is nice because it cuts down on the noise from the road. The location is quite nice, a short walk to the Carlsbad village (about 0.5 miles) where there are many nice restaurants to choose from. The unit was clean and had all the essentials one might need and expect. Comfortable bed. Standard bathroom layout. Comfortable couch/sitting area. Small kitchen with everything you might need. The backyard courtyard common area would be great on a warmer evening. We found this to be a great place to stay!

Our studio apartment was very nice for our stay at the beach. We could walk to town for a meal or Farmer's Market. Great access to the beach and the beach equipment was nice to have. Loved walking short distance to watch sunsets on the water.

I rented this place for a gift for my son and his girlfriend. I had stayed previously and really enjoyed it. He said he thought the location was perfect, so close to the beach. Parking was easy and the place was clean. They enjoyed it.
