Just imagine starting every morning having a cup of coffee on this spectacular Oceanfront balcony! And then, after a perfect day on the beach, you will want to return to the balcony of your beautiful townhome for dinner while you enjoy the magnificent sunsets! This 3 bedroom 2 bath beach townhome features spectacular unobstructed ocean views. The spacious beach rental has 3 King beds and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

This bright and beautiful beachfront residence features massive ocean views from nearly every room and just beautiful new coastal decor.


In addition to a wonderfully supplied home with all the kitchen and bath and bedroom amenities you will need, we happily supply beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, umbrella and boogie boards. Our beach wagon is perfect for carting the kids across the street to the beach or going into the village area to our fun farmers market.


The beachfront property has 3 King beds and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The living room is spacious with beautiful coastal decor. A beach view kitchen and dining from have endless ocean views. The kitchen i fully supplied so you can prepare gourmet meals. The world famous Carlsbad beach is right across the street and the adorable Village of Carlsbad is a quick stroll down the beachfront boardwalk. We have wonderful places to each and shop just a few minutes walk from the condo. The Carlsbad Flower Fields, Legoland, , Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park and much more are within easy striking distance. The Alga Community pool is nearby and kids will never want to leave, its an amazing water park.

There are never more than 7 people allowed on property and that includes visitors and children . Due to severe owner allergies this is a No animal home. This is for vacations only, no parties, gatherings, celebrations or weddings. Not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Guest Contract and House Rules
1. Check in is 4 P.M. and checkout is 10 A.M.

2. This is a NON SMOKING property .

3. The city is now very strict with vacation rentals and regulates how they may be used. This is a vacation destination and not a party or an event location. Parties and weddings of any size are not allowed. No visitors or extra overnights guests where you have invited more people than you indicated on your reservation request form.

4. Nothing illegal is permitted and grounds for immediate eviction and loss of rents.

5. This is an enforceable contract between Guest and owner. Any attempt to reserve a property by providing false or misleading information will cancel your reservation and you will forfeit any money or deposits paid to reserve the home.

6. Outside quiet time is 9pm. Please understand this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not allowed. Music should never be played so loud that it can be heard at neighboring properties.

7. Guest shall be responsible for any and all damages arising during their visit, including all damages sustained by their guests or invitees, and tenant shall pay for all repairs and/or replacement required as a result of the damages. These costs may be more than your security deposit so you are encouraged to self-insure.

8. Guest acknowledges that the house, furnishings, and property are with faults. Accordingly, Guest agrees to take the house and property in an "as is," "whereas, and with all faults" condition, and assumes all risk associated with the house, furnishings, and property. Owner makes no assurances regarding any air conditioning, beach, amount of sand, access to public beach, noise from neighbors, street or construction projects. These are items that may occur during your stay and we have no control over. This is an active beach community.

9. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner, its representatives, agents, and others working on its behalf ("Representatives") against any claims, demands, suits, losses, damages, including all costs connected, which are or may be asserted or recovered against Owner and Representatives by reason of personal/bodily injury, death, or property damages, including loss of use which arises out of or is in any way connected with this contract. If there were an unexpected situation, emergency or disaster, we have the right to void this contract. If that were to happen, we would offer you a selection of other potential available properties.

10. Guest will provide your clothing, food, spices, condiments, cooking oil, foil, plastic wrap personal hygiene products, disposable goods, paper/plastic goods. You might want to bring charcoal and firewood. If you use up the supply we start you with of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper then you will buy what you need from the local stores. There are nearby stores to purchase all of these items.

11. You are only allowed to have the number of people on property as stated in your email request form. For example, if you declared 8 people on your reservation request ,then only 8 people can be on property at any time. This rule includes visitors not spending the night.

12. Prior to your 10 am departure on day of check out, the home will be tidy and left in good condition. This includes all dishes and kitchen surfaces, taking out all trash from yard and home and placing in containers provided, sweeping all the floors and removing the sand, returning indoor and outdoor furniture back to where it was found, wipe up any obvious spills, stains. We will send in a crew to do your laundry at 10 am on check out day. If there is excessive cleaning and additional fee will be charged.

13. Pets and service animals only with a prepaid cleaning fee for animal hair and dander removal. Pets can not be left alone in any room or any part of the house. They must be with you or in a kennel. Pets panic and cause damage if you leave them in the home for just a few minutes. No pets on beds or furniture. Please bring pet bedding and kennel.

14. Terms and conditions: The terms of this agreement are: no refunds. There are no refunds, for any reason. Guest further agrees once any payment to retain the home has been made, the terms of this contract specify no refunds. Once Guest arrives at rental property, Guest agrees they must inform manager in writing of any condition or listed amenity that needs repair or does not meet with their expectations. Guest agrees manager has 24 hrs to evaluate complaint and rectify or repair said situation. If repairs and or replacement can -not be made within 24 hrs, guest agrees to a maximum reimbursement and compensation of up to $45 per stay. That amount will be decided by the booking agent. Guest further agrees the beach and ocean are an ever changing environment. There are no assurances made about weather, beach, level of sand, water, waves or access to the public beach.
Since we have a no refunds policy, we suggest you purchase travel insurance for a variety of protections. Guest agrees to accept the home, contents of the home, beach, sand, rock, ocean and weather in as is condition for the duration of their stay and for the payment amount agreed to at time of booking. Tides change daily as does the condition and appearance of the beach.

15. Owner and their representatives are allowed to access and enter the property at any time for the purposes of repairs, inspections ,complaints and delivery of replacement items. We will make every attempt to notify guests prior to any emergency repair, inspection or replacement.

16. Guest agrees to protect furniture and bedding from damages. You may want to toss a beach towel on the sofas if you think you might stain them.

17. This is a beach community with all the typical nearby activities, close proximity of homes and people. We can not predict or control if there will be noise from nearby. That includes any and all civic, street, tree trimming, gardeners, repairs or construction in the nearby vicinity. Please note, even the waves can sometimes be loud.

18. The home, as is all beach homes, is run off a sump pump. Do not place anything besides toilet tissue in the toilets, even items labeled as flushable are NOT, and plumbing will stop working. Food scraps should be placed in trash can and not down the drain.

19. Trash cans should be placed on the street Thursday evening, with trash collected from the house and yard. We will send a crew to move the cans if your car is not blocking the trash area.

20. There is a street sweeper the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month. Rules are different for each side of the street. Tickets are expensive, so pay attention and do not block the street sweeper. Car bumpers a can not be over curb more than 8 inches.

21. No flushable wipes or feminine hygiene products can be placed in toilets. Please use trash cans.

22 Public beach access is not from the back yard. Do not cross over or climb on rock seawall. Only use public beach access on each corner. The roof off the master bedroom is not ever to be used. Please keep windows locked. This home is not suitable for those with mobility issues since there are stairs. Please note: Mother Nature is a force, We can not and do not guarantee the ocean or beach conditions, tides, waves, beach, level of sand, amount of rock, access to beach and the weather.

This condo was in a perfect location. It was right across from the beach with very easy access and a short walk to downtown approximately 15 to 20 minutes. The condo was very spacious and clean all the beds were very comfortable. I’m highly recommend renting this place.

Location was perfect. Close to beach. Condo dated but great floor plan. Owner was helpful. There was an issue with some dirty areas. Kitchen table was filthy. Took 3 scrubbing to get it clean. The hvac vents in desperate need of cleaning. And the shower caddies were caked in soap scum. Overall it was a nice experience but for the price (over 5000) for a week at the very least is would expect a super clean condo. Will not rent again.

We had a great time staying in Carlsbad for spring break; the condo is a lot bigger than it seems from photos. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out. We were able to walk into town for dinner each night and the drive into San Diego proper is very quick. It was a little chilly to get in the water but we still spent some quality time at the beach just outside the condo.

Excellent location across the street from the beach and down the road from the Village and all the shopping and restaurants. Big unit with lots of space to spread out. Very clean and comfortable. Large shared garage was super convenient - our large SUV fit fine. Would absolutely book again.

The place was the entire second story of a three story building. Glad there was an elevator from the garage. The unit was nice and bright with a great view of the ocean. Lots of amenities - towels, beach towels and equipment, kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils. The main shopping area of Carlsbad was within walking distance. Beds were very comfortable. Nice and quiet. Could not hear others in other rooms in the unit nor from other units in the building. Very little noise from outside either. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Walking into this condo, we were immediately taken with the views, the spaciousness and the overall care the owner had taken with the setup and the proximity to the beach. We had a wonderful trip with our 3 children, taking full advantage of the beach and downtown Carlsbad. We will absolutely be back next summer and super appreciate all the ways Saundra made our stay seamless.

The listing description & photos are super accurate. It was as expected thankfully! It was so nice to walk right across the street to the beach & walking trails. It is a block to a fantastic Italian restaurant, a short walk to the main downtown area with great brunch & dinner spots as well as cute shops, 5 minutes to Von’s grocery store, & less than 30 to hike Annie’s Canyon, Kyak sea caves in La Jolla, & explore the beach towns. Loved the trip! Especially enjoyed our mornings & evenings on the patio overlooking the ocean!

Came to stay for a mother daughter’s trip. The owner Saundra is absolutely the kindest woman and really does her best to make you feel at home! The property manager however was a bit difficult to communicate with prior to our trip, but VRBO took care of the minor issue we had and it all got figured out. Overall things went ok. While the location is truly fantastic, we were a bit disappointed in the condition of the unit. It really needs a good deep clean and some major updating. Furniture is pretty run down, although the beds were clean and nice. Bathrooms are really outdated and had bare minimum amenities, but the view off the deck is beautiful so it made up for it. We did do a load of laundry at the end of our trip, only to find out the dryer wasn’t working. The owner called me a day before check in to let me know that that they were having issues with it, but had someone coming to fix it. She said it would be fixed before we got there. Upon check in nothing else was said so we assumed it was fixed but that wasn’t the case. Traveled home with a bag of wet clothes. All in all, we enjoyed our stay but for the cost of this unit, we expected a bit more. Regardless still had a good time. Thanks for letting us stay.

This was the BEST place to stay if you are looking for a beach vacation. It is centrally located to all of the cute shops in Carlsbad. The view of the ocean will take your breath away. The hostess is amazing. Her communication and tips are so helpful. We will be back.!!!

Lovely location overlooking the Carlsbad boardwalk along Carlsbad Blvd. Exceptionally clean, amenities galore, and amazing sunsets. Host provides everything needed for a relaxing stay AND the restaurant recommendations were spot-on. Three happy seniors were sorry to leave at the end of the week.

We 4 seniors stepped into the condo and saw the view - all 4 jaws dropped in awe! The ocean is absolutely gorgeous. A 180-degree panoramic, undisturbed, blue water spectacle greeted us. We loved everything about the condo- lots of room, very well-equipped, large fluffy towels, easy parking, close to great dining and shopping. We have stayed in many Carlsbad places, but we won’t forget this one!
