“We had a really disappointing experience with Powhatan Motel. After driving 16 hours on a long road trip, we arrived around 3am expecting to check in, since the motel clearly advertises a 24-hour front desk and check-in availability after 4pm.
Unfortunately, that was not the case. There was no one available at the front desk, no way to check in, and no communication whatsoever from the property. We were completely exhausted and left stranded in the middle of the night with a valid……

“Breakfast was plentiful, a lot of options to choose from, and inviting. Coffee was passable with the addiction of chocolate milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
The king size bed is a larger version, but the pillows were of unusual variety - I didn't find one that was good for me. They were large, some particularly heavy, and dense.
We had a clean room and bathroom. It was easy to park.”
