Un peu vieillissant (cuisine, literie) mais très agréable, très bien agencé et très bien situé. Attention toutefois : même en ayant loué la box wifi, le wifi ne passe pas dans toutes les pièces.

Bien situé

L'appartement est bien situé. Possibilité d'accéder à pieds à 2 plages et à une grande surface. La décoration de l'appartement est acceptable mais le mobilier ainsi que le sol de la cuisine laissent à désirer. La chaudière y occupe beaucoup de place et fait beaucoup de bruit (la VMC aussi) : difficiile de dormir. Le jardinet est agréable et bien orienté. Bravo à l'équipe interhome de Carnac pour sa réactivité. Nos demandes ont été satisfaites au-delà de ce que nous pouvions espérer.

Großes Appartment, gute Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattet, fast schon überladen. Bad neu renoviert, Küche abgewohnt. Nerviger lauter Gasboiler, springt alle 3 Minuten laut an, auch die ganze Nacht. Große Terrasse möbliert. Parken vorm Haus. Supermarkt ganz nahe. Strände fußläufig. Ruhige Lage. Abwicklung üper Interhome sehr gut.

appartement au calme proche de la mer et bien équipé il aurait besoin de faire quelques réparations volet bloqué ,prise interrupteur déboitée, armoire chambre vieillotte et impossible de fermer les portes ,idem pour le placard, porte douchette à refixer, numérotation parking à refaire

Positif : beau séjour, cuisine bien équipée, une belle salle de bain, un bon matelas, un coin jardin bien protégé de la rue. Négatif : store séjour inutilisable,les portes de l'armoire de la chambre ne ferment pas, idem placard entrée, la chaudière se met en route toutes les 3 mns, 2 pannes en 15 jours ! , 1 lampes salle de bain HS, des couvertures très vétustes, 1 table à repasser pourrie, des oreillers minables, mauvais volets chambre : la lumière passe, la moquette est douteuse. Lit trop bas, idem toilettes : pas pratique pour des seniors. Entre l'entrée et le séjour 2 marches : dangereux pour des petits.
