The flat sleeps up to 4 people (1 bedroom):
- Living room with flat-screen TV, coffee table, 2-seater sofa bed
- Quality fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher...)
- Bedroom with double bed, storage space and access to balcony
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
- Private sunny balcony with garden furniture (table, sun lounger)
Pets not allowed.
Garage available + 2 private parking spaces.
Wi-Fi available.
Located on the 2nd floor of a very quiet condominium.
IN SUMMER: Street closed every day from 5pm to midnight.
A change of scenery guaranteed!

Premium hotel-quality ironed linen, disinfected to ISO 9001 and RABC standards.
If you do not wish to take out this option, you can choose to bring your own sheets. In this case, we invite you to enquire about the exact sizes of bedding after your reservation in order to best prepare for your trip.
Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, bin liners and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.
Price per stay: €35 incl. VAT for 2 people, €45 incl. VAT for 3 people, €55 incl. VAT for 4 people + €10 incl. VAT per additional person.
