Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this home's location offers an ideal blend of serene surroundings with the convenience of being close to the action. During the summer months take a short walk down the street where you will find an endless network of National Forest trails for walks, runs, and bike rides. Or make the quick 4-minute drive to Patton Beach, which is dog-friendly and great for swimming. Nearby Patton Beach you will find more entertainment and dining options such as the famous Garwoods Bar and Grill, a wonderful lakefront dining experience, CB’s Bistro and Pizza for family dinners, Magic Carpet Mini Golf and Arcade for the little ones, and a 7-11 for all of your late-night needs. The beautiful Carnelian West Beach provides another excellent swimming spot just a 4-minute drive from the home.

In the winter months, you are only 20 minutes from Northstar, 25 minutes to Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows, and 10 minutes from the Tahoe City Nordic Center where you will find a huge network of trails for XC Skiing or snowshoeing. Getting Around:
Centrally located off HWY 28 and within walking distance of a public transportation stop, you can comfortably get by without having a vehicle if needed. A ten-minute walk will take you to the public transportation TART stop at Hwy 28 at Stag Dr-Lakeside or the stop at Hwy 28 at Agate Rd. From here you are just a 6-minute bus ride to Kings Beach or a 13-minute bus ride to Tahoe City.
