The area and property were beautiful. Great location and close to Truckee, Tahoe City, Incline and Good restaurants. The house was nice and cozy and fit our needs perfectly, but inside definitely needs some updating. The living room furniture Needs to be Changed (very worn and small holes) and the carpet upstairs needs to be changed. The upstairs has no ventilation except a French door at the end of a pretty large room, which cannot be left open at night otherwise moths and mosquitoes will fly in. It was hard to sleep because it was so warm. In our opinion, Screens need to be added to all doors and windows that do not have one so the outdoors and fresh air can be enjoyed. The hot tub was awesome!! And the unattached extra room was cool!! Bathrooms were nice too!! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the house!!
