Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

• Leave any fireplace ashes IN the fireplace (if applicable) • Do not make any beds • Start your last set of dishes in the dishwasher

• Collect all trash and dispose of it in the bear-proof bin or dumpster outside Do NOT leave the key in bear-proof bin door Let us know if the bear-proof bin is too full to put all your trash inside

• Turn thermostat down to 55 (do not turn off!) • Turn lights off, secure and lock all doors and windows • Turn on electric Bear Fencing (if applicable) • Return keys to HRG Lockbox.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful Tahoe Family Getaway

We had a wonderful family weekend at this beautiful location. We had fun times at the property. It also served as a great home base for exploring the rest of Lake Tahoe. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful property....highly recommend!

We stayed 2 nights at this property with family. The house was exceptionally clean and in a very nice location to the lake. The owner and property management company were excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend some quality time in Tahoe!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The house has a wonderful deck where we spent most of our time. Also, having 2 refrigerators ended up being a necessity we didn't realize we needed. Both times I called management (not for complaints but for suggestions), they were VERY helpful and friendly.

Spacious child centric home

Molly’s Treehouse is in a quiet neighborhood with driveway parking for our 4 cars. It has comfortable beds including 2 sets of bunks, 2 kings and a queen. It’s suitable for multiple families. The big kitchen table accommodates everyone with banquette seating. We also used the welcoming deck for a family bar-b-que. Its a nice bar-b-que and the deck has benches plus 2 available folding tables. We were forced indoors due to hazardous air from the Caldor Fire but the generous number of games and movies kept us entertained with happy kids.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Even though we were inundated with forest fire smoke for a day or two, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Molly's Treehouse. The kitchen is well equipped and large, the living room is comfy and roomy, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were all comfortable and functional. We would stay there again.

Great family vacation

We felt at home from the moment we walked through the front door! Location is the Best! Close to hiking trails, bike trails, beach for kayaking and close to shopping! We wanted to stay longer!
