「Amazing room and lovely view the perfect dog friendly staycation.」

「I had bigger expectations for this hotel. On a positive note, the view is absolutely stunning. The exterior and the garden. The room did not look like the images I saw. It was a bit of a let down. I felt the woman on reception was dismissive and condescending to me. I didn't get my room until after 4pm. She told me my room was "almost ready" several times, which it wasn't. She even said she went to my room and the cleaning staff were in it. If she was honest about the room's avail I could...

「Personal kind engaging conversation by both the wife and the husband who own this lovely property with a view. Offering to drive us into town to catch the bus or for errands or a dinner meal whenever possible」

「Quality of facilities, staff attentiveness and good attitude. Loves the fridge being restocked each day for free. The hot tubs, pools and cabanas were brilliant. Breakfast in the river room.」

「Central town hotel with free car parking at the rear. Downstairs area is nice but rooms are very tired and dated. Room carpet stained and curtains sunbleached. Tiling in bathroom was awful - all needs replaced. Room itself is clean and bed comfortable. Plug in radiator works but needs a good clean. At breakfast, "orange juice" should be pure and fresh, not diluted.」

「Many stains on carpets and furniture. Small TV and not in the bed area. Small bed, not a proper king. Tall hubby was not ideal.」

「Such a wonderful local gem! Excellent value for money, the room was impeccably clean, modern, and super cozy. Carol was a fantastic host who couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!」

「Great spot」

「Beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean with all necessary amenities. Rosie is a Really pleasant host. Thoroughly recommend.」

「Can’t get a drink apparently even tho we were hotel guests we’d to wait until 5 until restaurant opened. You get added hair with you mash then get accused of planting the hair by kitchen staff because it wasn’t mixed in the mash even tho you’d to remove it from you mouth so you set it on top of mash as proof…im ginger and the hair was pure black. Told they have a private car park at back of hotel so thinking your car will be safe you wake only to find both your window wipers up and someone tried...

「We had a family room which was spacious and very comfortable .TV was in the room and tea and coffee making facilities. The owners were very friendly lovely people and breakfast was to die for served with home made wheaten bread and fruit tea loaf.It was a lovely location with beautiful views across to the sea」

「The accommodation is very comfortable, and place is easy to find out. The best thing is that they have a good restaurant, and it is worthy to enjoy the dinner there. 」

「The Quad room had plenty of space, and the king bed was very comfortable. Also, we enjoyed the openness of the shared kitchen and living room. There was even fresh bread, teas and coffees available as part of the stay the next morning.」

「Outstanding house, so micely decorated, felt very at home, but with a view to die for.」

「Stayed here while we were attending a wedding close by. Staff were excellent, when we came to check in to the hotel we asked if we could get a taxi booked to go back to the wedding venue - without hesitation the lovely lady said she would take us back. We went to the bar had a drink while we were waiting and the bar man asked if we were going back to the wedding venue and we said yes he said come on ahead I will leave yous back. A lovely thing to do and we appreciated it. They defo went the...
