My happy place is your perfect get away. It is unique and fresh with a beautiful granite kitchen and a glass bar with color changing lights. You'll find more LED lights in the 2nd bedroom which has a built in bunk bed with a trundle, sleeping 4. The master bedroom offers built- in USB charging outlet and a flat screen TV. And that's just the inside. The view is even more breathtaking! Enjoy your morning and evening beverages on the huge deck overlooking the ocean. In fact, you have 3 decks to choose from in this 2nd floor unit if you need a breath of fresh air. You'll fall in love with the open layout the moment you walk in and you won't be disappointed with the accommodations. All beds are custom built to maximize storage and space for up to 8 guests.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has twin over full bunk beds with a twin trundle.
For additional guests, there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Both bathrooms have remodeled custom tiled showers, vessel sinks and granite countertops. The master bath sweetens the deal with a spa like feel. The jetted body sprays are a rejuvenating treat after a day in the sand and sun. Pure relaxation!
The kitchen boasts gorgeous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a built in microwave. All dishes and everything you need for preparing meals at home are available for your use. The kitchen is chef ready.
And the icing on the cake is the STUNNING, custom designed GLASS Martini Bar with multicolor lighting.
For entertainment, enjoy 3 decks! On the oceanfront, enjoy a cool beverage on the large covered deck in one of the custom built adirondack chairs. There are also adirondack chairs on the deck off the second bedroom on the street side of the unit. Inside, enjoy 3 flatscreen TV's. You'll have lots of viewing choices on 2 TVs with cable boxes, and on the other with Roku. All TVs are Smart TVs (Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc) adding even more movie and show selections. And of course, FAST Wifi is provided. By the way, there is a beautiful beach and a pool too! :) You'll have everything you need to create a wonderful, fun and/or relaxing vacation.

Beach trip with friends

Really pleased. But it is the first time we have to wash linens. So my friends brought their own linens. All in all ..a nice place to stay.

Pre-UNCW visit

Had a wonderful time with my son at Darlene's lovely Beach home. She was so easy to work with and super attentive and helpful! That and the location made for a perfect first-time visit to the area. Thanks for everything Darlene!

Perfect birthday weekend

This place was perfect!! The family and I had plenty of space in the beautiful condo as we spent a birthday weekend on the beach for my wife (5 adults and 2kids). There was a private entrance to the beach which made it easy to pop on and off whenever we wanted and the balcony was perfect for watching the sunrise over the water. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place for anyone looking for a great beach getaway!!

Last Minute Getaway

Wonderful view to the ocean from the porch. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The property manager was great to work with and really helped us out a lot......she's the best! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Nice decor and excellent location

Property decor better than many by comparison but subpar welcome presentation, with no starter paper products, and no local resources for tech issues and really Inadequately cleaned kitchen.

Awesome spot!

We really enjoyed our stay at this super cozy condo. Darlene was super responsive and took the utmost care to make sure we were comfortable. We stayed with our 3 kids (10,10, and 12) and had plenty of space. The beach access is perfect and the private pool did not disappoint. We would definitely stay again and hope to do so soon! Thanks again Darlene for a wonderful week.

Carolina Beach Fun

The location to the property was great with easy access to the beach and the pool. Because we were coming from out of state, we used the property's towels and sheets. Unfortunately, the dryer unit did not heat, but FYI, there is a 24 hr laundromat down the road. Darlene was a responsive host.

Very Comfortable and great views

The condo was nicely decorated and was very comfortable to hang out in. The views of the beach were Great! Had a wonderful relaxing time! Darlene (owner/host) was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. My only issue was i was too short for the bed (4'11") lol, so I had to buy a stool. Well worth it i thought the bed was very comfortable.

Our Happy Place

We have stayed here multiple times and it is truly our happy place. It has a perfect view, with great attention to detail. So close to the beach, just two flights of stairs. There are so many special touches that make you feel pampered. It is even better than the photos. The owner is a great communicator as well. One note, if you use their linens, they need to be washed, dried and returned to their bin by the 10 am checkout. This can be tough if you have sleepy teens. If this is an issue, bring your own sheets. Overall a fabulous stay, as usual. We will always be back!.

Saved our vacation!

We originally had a vacation planned for this week in obx but hurricane Ian had other plans. Flooded our original house the day before we were to leave. So faced with the option of canceling a long planned family vacation i reached out to three different Carolina beach properties and Darlene got back to me right away, checking to make sure all was well in the area before we booked. Totally saved our week! Turned my granddaughters frowns upside down! The condo has some very nice touches, views are wonderful and communication was excellent!

Full of Roaches (Dead and Alive) - Owner is OK with it.

This condo has a large roach problem. The night of check-in the roaches started to come out. We killed those that were alive and upon inspection found more dead under easy to clean and reach places. The owner does not inspect the unit and blamed the cleaning service for the problem. With only a 3 night stay we decided to tough it out since there was not an easy option to move elsewhere. The owner refused to even refund 1 night of our stay. Property management and customer service is not what you'll get here.

perfect march getaway

We so enjoyed our stay at Carolina Beach. Everything was clean. the kitchen has all the things you need to cook and eat in. Our host was very responsive to our questions. The view and balcony are excellent and the beach is right in front and a lovely wide beach. We were close to restaurants. i highly recommend this beautiful spot!
