Family Vacation

Family beach vacation

We had a wonderful trip! The place was perfect for my family, the bedrooms were spacious, everything was clean and well equipped. We were close to everything we wanted to do, we will definitely be visiting again.

Wonderful Week

Very comfortable cottage located very conveniently to beach and activity of boardwalk and restaurants. Great elevated front porch to watch the world go by below and take in great sunsets. Great outdoor shower

Fantastic place and location

We stay at Carolina beach each year, and this place has been our favorite. Wayne and his spouse were fantastic and responded quickly to all of our questions. We plan to book with them again.

Great location, very close to the ocean and restaurants

Great location. We frequently walked to the ocean, boardwalk and restaurants. Plenty of room and beds for our whole family, and our kids' friends. Good communication from hosts. Thank you.

Easy beach access

From checking to check out it was a pleasure. Property manager was attentive and friendly. The property is a short walk from the beach as advertised And the accommodations were wonderful!

Owner was very helpful. Plenty of space for our family of 6 adults. Very comfortable house. Short walk to beach access and Lake Park. Boardwalk was in walking distance also.

Perfect getaway

This house was very clean and had everything that we needed. Loved the outdoor shower. It is a very short walk to the beach. So conveniently located to stores and restaurants that we didn't have to drive hardly at all during our stay. Will maintained, clean, and a great location!

Amazing Vacation

We absolutely loved this place. We were one block off the beach. We could walk to anywhere we needed to. The home was clean and ready for us. This is the first place we had to make up our beds to start but no problem. We would stay here again. One of our favorites.

Lovely Beach Cottage

The cottage was very well kept, with everything we needed and more! We really liked the beachy decor and different themes in the rooms. Linens were included, and the dog pen was a plus. Additionally, the owners were very nice to work with. We hope to be back again. Thank you for sharing the cottage with us!

Great Property in CB

This traditional CB beach cottage was modern and comfortable. Lots of room. Very clean with comfortable furniture and beds. Near everything. Walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Right across the street from a favorite, the Veggie Wagon. The beach is across the street with two beach access walkways close by.

Great vacation

The house was as described, very short walk to the beach, it was comfortable for 7 people. The owner was very responsive and met me at the property for check in. The house was clean, but it’s definitely an older house, however everything works. Our favorite was the outdoor shower, very helpful with kids. There were plenty of towels, and the house is walking distance to the boardwalk and Kure fishing pier.

Family Vacation

We stayed here and loved it! The set up of the house was perfect for our family. My parents and brother took the rooms off of the kitchen and shared the bathroom. My husband and I and our 2 kids (ages 2 and 6 months) took the rooms in the back and shared a bathroom. We could block off our section of the house for nap time without anyone else being bothered or having to be silent. We loved the outdoor shower and how the laundry was located outside of the beach house so we could do wash without disturbing anyone. The host was awesome. Our vacation was the best. Would definitely stay here again.

overall stay

overall the place was nice, however, there were a few issues, some of the sheets that were supposed to be clean had stains on them. Some of the pots and pans didn't look like they could be used they had the Teflon off them or looked dirty. There were a lot of stairs going up to the place which made it hard as we had some elderly people with us. We loved that the place was close to the beach and restaurants. Our favorite restaurant was A & G BBQ

Comfortable Space

Very well done beachy Cottage located in great area & close to walk to Boardwalk & Restaurants. Loved sitting on porch with our dogs watching the variety of people walk by & traffic. Close walk to beach & the outside shower was a hit with the guy in the family. We cooked in several times & could have used a large pot for boiling Shrimp but we made due with what was there - the grill was not clean which we would have used - maybe consider a Gas grill? Except for some new kitchen items it was a great layout for a family & nice we were able to bring our 4 legged babies 🐾🐾

Vacation stay

The location was on a busy road with a lot of noise. Could use a good word document with house rules and details about what’s available. Didn’t find out until the end of the week the property had a washer and dryer. Grill was dirty and had to be cleaned before use. Overall it was okay but I wouldn’t rent the location again.

Christmas in Carolina Beach

Nice Thanksgiving stay!

Cute cottage. Roomy. Convenient to everything. Could use more comfortable living room fur iture and the dryer didnt work which was quite inconvenient. Thankfully there was a laundry mat just across the street. Plus Butts and Such has such good food, also just across the street!

GREAT location, responsive host

We had a great week at this lovely beach house. The AC went out on a very hot day, and we were amazed when it was repaired in just a couple of hours! We could not have had a better experience.

Loved our time!
