Perfect Vacation

Beautiful view of ocean and pool! Easy check in and out! Location within minutes of boardwalk, aquarium, great restaurants and grocery stores. We are 3 senior ladies who appreciated elevator and short steps to beach or pool!

Carolina Beach Getaway

The property itself was very beautiful, very clean, and refreshing to stay in. My girls and I had a fabulous time and felt comfortable the entire time. We really enjoyed the balcony and oceanfront view the most. It was a great property!

Wonderful view

Tenth floor gives a unique view of the beach and views of pelicans and birds that are very special. Accommodations were nice and sufficient for our needs.

Loved it!

Loved the location and the easy access to the beach and pools. Sea Coast Rentals was awesome. I usually like working with owners instead of rental agencies due to bad experiences, but they accommodated every request and even brought us donuts on the last day! Place was clean and enough space for all of us!

Carolina beach

Perfect view, so easy to get on the beach, no long walk to access points. Management was very communicative, easy to reach, responsive, and helpful. The area was so close to tons of places for food and entertainment but not too close that it caused any issues.

Great spot

We loved the location, the property and amenities. We traveled here from the west coast so bringing essentials was not possible. It would be nice to have some basic cleaning supplies. Especially Dish washer soap, Many of the dishes we went to use were dirty and this may be why. Also if the linen pkg could include a beach towel, it is a beach property and this is a necessary item.

Sisters-in-law trip

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Watch! Our unit was 3 bed 2 bath. We had an issue with the shower in the master bath and after several phone calls and a visit to the realty company, our shower was fixed by Vincent from Suncoast Realty. He gets a million atta-boys from us for fixing our shower!!! Had it not been for Vincent, it would not have been fixed until the day we were leaving. The unit had everything we needed and the location was perfect with great views of ocean and beautiful sunrises!! Would stay again!!

Good location

The condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay. We found the parking easy, convenient rolling carts to bring up all our belongings, and clean facilities. Picking up the keys and parking passes was smooth. Just a couple of things. The outdoor pool was closed so it was either the beach or indoor pool. The issue with the indoor pool was that only “owners” could use the facilities. So no bathrooms available around the pool. Another issue was that when the A/C came on, the blowers were very, very loud. Finally, the WiFi was very outdated and it gave a warning that it was very unsecure. We didn’t feel comfortable checking any financial sites or sites that needed a password.

Great location and view!

The place was clean and exactly what was stated in the listing. The only down side was the beds need to be upgraded. Felt like you were on springs.

Great views but the elevators are awful!

The overall was good. The elevators were awful and a few issues with draining in the second bath. Please look at your sliding door off the living room. It's a bear to open and close. Had lots of great qualities.

Nice location

I took my kids and grandkids here. Check in and out was easy! Floor plan was great! However, it wasn’t cleaned very well. Dishes in the cabinet had food in them. Floor was black when I wiped up anything. King size bed was amazingly comfortable! Balcony is wonderful! I did not like how the umbrella rental companies hogged the front row on the beach. They blocked the view of the water from others. You will need to be up by 6:30am to setup your beach spot before the rentals are set out.

Not actually here, but lovely!

We weren't able to stay at the original property listed here because of fire hazard updates that was going on for the entire building. We were notified of this a week before our vacation. Sea Coast Rental did find and offer us a couple of alternate properties. We chose one (Shore Enough, Kure Beach) which was just lovely and we're grateful to Sea Coast Rental for all their help and open communication.

Place was nice, good location, great beach access. Just wasn’t for us because of parking. $397

We had two fireman and a nurse and their spouses. None of us were off all the days of our stay, so driving separately. We spent a total of $397 for parking vehicles beyond the two allowed passes. Great for families who can all ride together and stay the whole time, but that wasn’t our situation. Beach access was great, place was nice, and lots of great food minutes away.

Fantastic ocean front stay

We had a great experience at Pelican Watch. So clean and well priced. The view from the balcony was amazing. The rental company was also very responsive. All in all, a positive experience.
